  Chris and the Team do a great job on my vehicles. Scheduling and appointment is easily done On-line. The work is also done in an efficient and above satisfactory way. Great job Mountain View Tire

  Honestly horrible service! I called before hand and ask how much it would be to patch a tire and he quoted me $25 and I made an appointment with them right away. The I get here and they tell me a whole different price of $49.99. Then I let them know what I was quoted and he said “and”. Sorry but that’s totally rude and uncalled for. He could have asked “hey who did you talk to, so I can double check that for you” but nothing. Just very bad customer service.. definitely would go to America’s tires they have good customer service.

  My mom came by to get here tire repaired, after speaking to the service writer they changed the price 2 times regarding a flat repair, it was 40 to start then went up 51 dollars...for a flat reapir...gauging customers who are need of help is bad buisness...there are multiple stores in the area that do it for free, be carefull having to pull in here for a tire emergency..prices change depending on the type of car you drive...

  Called to make an appointment and was told to bring it in between 9-11am. Asked how much for a tire rotation for my truck. They told me over the phone it was $29.99. I asked once again and they said yes $29.99. I go and drop off my car and the guy at the counter says it’s $45. I said I was told over the phone it was $29.99 and he said nope that’s the old prices. I said well you should update that and let who ever is answering the calls. It’s false advertisement. Why should the customer have to pay a different price when it’s their fault they are giving wrong prices. I was never called when my vehicle was ready. I waited 3 hours and I called and they said oh ya it’s ready. Tire pressure wasnt even checked because all caps had dust on them still. Never coming back to this location.

  Had a rough start calling in. The answering service was frustrating, felt very scripted, and honestly out of place in 2026. At worst you expect a call tree, at best some kind of AI system, but this couldn’t handle a simple trailer tire request. I was asked for the make, model, and year of my car after clearly saying it was a trailer, so I hung up. Completely different experience in person. Walked in and worked with Chris, who was excellent. He immediately asked for the tire size, confirmed it was in stock, and took care of everything. I dropped off the tire, went to breakfast, and it was ready when I got back. He even asked where we were going to eat, just great, genuine customer service. Great in-store experience, just wish the phone support matched it. This would have been a 5 star review if I hadn't called first.
