  I am very pleased with Mountain View tire in Upland My family has been coming here for years for most of our automotive needs. I recently got my oil changed on my vehicle at Mountain View tire they followed my instructions without hesitation. I’m rather picky on how my Jeep is handled so when I asked them not to adjust my tire pressure it was no big deal and when I asked them to make sure that they use a torque wrench to tighten my oil drainage plug. They had no issue doing that as well. I always worry about shops, using impact wrenches to tighten the oil drainage plug, which tends to damage the cap, but they don’t do that here. My only two complaints would have to be them outsourcing their phone Service to a call center. This is something they’ve done recently that I am not in favor of. Secondly, I had to remind them to put a oil change sticker on my windshield.
