Friday night around 6:15 when I arrived home I notice wife’s car tire flat… I was able to get to Mountain View… I noticed it was almost 6:30-6:45 almost closing time… I apologized for being that “customer” last minute and needing 4 new tires.. HOWEVER the guys were beyond helpful and willing to get it done… also did oil change and alignment as well as tried to repair the trail light that was out… and not one grumble or some shops would say that it’s too close to closing come back tomoro!! NOT THESE GUYS! The jumped into action and knocked it out and I was in the road by 7:30!! We understand that customer service is not easy to find these days and Mountain View exemplifies good old fashion customer first service! This is definitely appreciated! Thank you for your service guys!

Armando was professional, courteous and friendly. He worked with me to find the right tires at the right price, and had it finished within a snug timeframe.

Great customer service - the work was done professionally and a better price than the Infiniti dealer - so I saved money. Thank you

Chris always takes care of us. Honest and fair. Never suggests unnecessary work. Helps us understand what needs to be done and why. Work is done well and they keep my car clean. When I had a tire repaired they put everything back where it belonged. Other shops would just throw it all in the trunk and leave it to me. Great place. Been coming here for years and will continue. Great job guys!!!

We had such a great experience! They were able to get us in the very next morning at 7:30, which was incredibly helpful since we had a busy Saturday ahead. The gentleman who helped us was polite, patient, and genuinely made us feel comfortable. We explained that we had tried to fix the brakes ourselves, and instead of making us feel embarrassed or stupid, they treated us with kindness and respect. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the car in no time, and the cost was very reasonable. they were DONE before 11:30! It’s refreshing to find a company that treats its customers like actual human beings. We’re so grateful for how easy and stress-free they made the entire experience. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend them!
