  Had some mechanical issues with vehicle and caused me to alter trip and did not feel mammoth location was helpful at all with resolving and was pretty short with this is your only option.

  Prior to my rental date, I called your office and informed the representative that I had a valid upgrade certificate/reward. I specifically requested that the upgrade be applied to my reservation, and I was assured that it would be taken care of. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I again provided my upgrade certificate to the counter agent. The agent collected the certificate and explicitly informed me that my vehicle had been upgraded. However, when I proceeded to the parking lot to pick up the vehicle, I discovered that the vehicle assigned to me had not been upgraded at all and was the same class as my original reservation. This was extremely disappointing and misleading. I relied on the information provided by your staff and expected to receive the upgraded vehicle that I had been promised. I find it unacceptable that both the reservation staff and the counter agent confirmed the upgrade, collected my upgrade certificate, and then failed to provide the upgraded vehicle. This experience left me feeling misled and deceived. only take it or leave it.

  You can’t trust the people at the place on foothill in Upland they told me they were charging our card 100.00 then after we left they charged our card 550.00 they never answer the phones you are on hold for over 5 minutes don’t make any sense at all
