  Replacement glass is poorer quality than OEM (replacement is rippled near the bottom). Some damage to paint surrounding the replacement windshield during repair. Scheduled appointment time changed at the last moment from 8am to noon.

  Such great work! Definitely recommend Safelite AutoGlass for your windshield needs. My repairs were fixed in less than 1 hour. The technician was very pleasant and no hassle. They drove to my house and did the work on site.

  June 15th I talked to my insurance about a chip in my 2002 Vette and was told to contact Safelite, which I did. Safelite came out to take pictures and said they would call me to schedule once they had the windshield since it's a classic car. No call back, nothing....they wouldn't call me back or pick up their phone. I finally had to call my insurance agent and THEY had to call them to find out the molding was discontinued and they closed my order without telling me! Super disappointed, their customer service person Jeremiah is horrible and Safelite conducts bad business!!! I DO NOT recommend them at all.

  One huge thing that I like about safe flight is they’re here for our convenience. You can go to their shop and or they can come to you wherever you’re at even though you make a timeslot it’s still somewhat works around your schedule. The technicians are super friendly. I love how they call ahead of time to make sure to let you know when they’re gonna come so you could still plan your day around their time schedule and I think everything just works out for the best

  Safelite has always been my go to when it comes to window replacement, but last year I had called Safelite to fix a crack in my windshield, during the fix, they cracked it. When they came out to replace the windshield, they broke the two window panels and clips on each side of my windshield. It took well over a month for them to order the correct parts and correct the damage they caused. Now months later the drivers side panel broke while driving down the freeway, almost causing an accident. I am currently trying again to get this resolved. Whatever adhesive they used to hold the panel down, since they broke the clips has failed.
