  The windshield trims were installed improperly. Technician did not alert us until we found out that trims were dangling in the freeway!

  I had an excellent experience replacing the windshield on my Mercedes-Benz GLE 450e at Safelite. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. A special thank you to Valerie and Nyla, the managers, for their outstanding customer service and for making sure everything went smoothly. They were attentive, professional, and truly made me feel like a valued customer. I also want to recognize Jonathan, the lead technician, for doing an exceptional job. Replacing the windshield on a vehicle like the GLE 450e requires precision and expertise, and Jonathan did outstanding work. The installation looks perfect, and I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. It’s not often that you find a team that combines excellent customer service with high-quality technical work, but this Safelite location absolutely delivered. Thank you, Valerie, Nyla, Jonathan, and the entire team for such a fantastic experience!
