  Horrible customer experience. They kick you when you are already down. I received a parking ticket which I took care of only to be charged a "Processing" fee of $25. I'd understand a fee assessed to those who don't take care of the fee. I will never rent from such a corrupt business and suggest that you review your alternatives with more customer friendly rental agencies. Let's see what the mgr does tomorrow! Their customer service should've taken care of this but I guess they would like a $25 publicity to exploit their greed! Also- dnt waste your time dealing w/ customer service. Customer service is truly not Customer Service.. They don't listen to your concerns and just reiterates the policy! These automated messages appear they are there to help, but it's a waste of time. They can have all my info and can reach out if they really cared.

  Most helpful rental ever. Demonstrated how to power lift gate and showed me all the interior features. Really good price. Exceeded all expectations.

  Rented a truck for the day and it was ready for us as soon as we got there. Salesman was very respectful and courteous.

  I booked an SUV through Costco for a weekend Air BnB trip to Tahoe. I received a call on Tuesday from Asha? to confirm my reservation, which I did. I spoke to her again on Thursday to ask about a possible All-Wheel Drive, but she tried to upsell me to a Dodge Durango and double the price, so I again confirmed my original reservation. On Friday morning I arrived at 9:40am to get the vehicle, and Lali, the manager, said since my reservation was at 8:00am, I passed the 30 minute grace period and they rented my vehicle to someone else so the only thing they had available was a Nissan Sentra. I was shocked and upset that I went from an SUV (Nissan Rogue), then a Dodge Durango that they tried to upsell me, just to tell me that all they had left was a Sentra. I asked them where the 30-minute policy was stated, and she would not show me. I even showed Lali my confirmation email with Enterprise's Terms and Conditions, but she would not point me to the policy. I was in disbelief considering I spoke to them multiple times throughout the week. What do they call me for if all they're going to do is give the car away? I asked if another Enterprise had a car available, and Lali said nothing in her area was available, even though she did not look into her computer screen. I felt defeated since my trip was already booked and there was no way all our passengers and luggage would fit in a compact car. I asked how much the Sentra would be, since compact cars go for a lower rate than SUVs, and she said it was going to be higher. I told her at this point I felt discriminated against, and she said I was making her uncomfortable and needed to leave, so they made me wait for my ride outside in the rain. I wish I was making this up. Once my ride made it back 15 minutes later, I checked the Enterprise in Hayward and they had a Chevy Equinox AWD available for $80 more than my original reservation. They had me driving off within 10 minutes of arriving like I was royalty, even though Lali said they had nothing available. I cannot believe the MIStreatment I received at the Union City location and will never give them my business again! I still need to report this to corporate and Costco. I'm not one to even do this, but it was uncalled for how dirty they did me and my family.

  That place is completely full of incompetent employee having no business ethics unprofessionalism I regret I went to that location. Even the location in Hayward have the same attitude, same behavior, enterprise becoming a place full of unprofessional's if you try to call them, they're not going to answer your call .👎
