- RMRonyelle MooreMayfieldAug 11, 20261.0Visited the Union City location to rent a vehicle and we spoke with Aja Sharma at the desk who began to put us through hoops that were totally unnecessary she never explained our options nor provided us with what she knew to be not needed to rent an insurance paid vehicle. Horrible customer service. We moved the reservation to a nearby location and we were treated as a customer should.

They didn't have anything else in inventory and refused to give me anything else. They did not help me find another Enterprise that would have a vehicle that I can get. They just left me high and dry.

I'd understand a fee assessed to those who don't take care of the fee. I will never rent from such a corrupt business and suggest that you review your alternatives with more customer friendly rental agencies. Let's see what the mgr does tomorrow! Their customer service should've taken care of this but I guess they would like a $25 publicity to exploit their greed! Also- dnt waste your time dealing w/ customer service. Customer service is truly not Customer Service.. They don't listen to your concerns and just reiterates the policy! These automated messages appear they are there to help, but it's a waste of time. They can have all my info and can reach out if they really cared.
