Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed with the vehicle I received. It was exactly what I needed -practical, fuel-efficient, and well-suited for the purpose of my trip. Not too fancy, just perfect. I was equally impressed by the appearance of your establishment. The location was clean, well-maintained, and very presentable. Your staff was dressed to perfection,, business casual, polished, and extremely approachable. It is clear that your team takes great pride in both their professionalism and their workplace. I would especially like to recognize the young lady who checked me in. Although I regret that I did not catch her name, she went above and beyond to walk me through everything thoroughly, despite clearly managing a very high volume of customers at the time. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a lasting impression, and she truly deserves to be acknowledged. As a small token of my gratitude for the quality of the vehicle and the outstanding service I received, I made sure to return the car freshly detailed.
