- LSLogan ScholfieldMay 27, 20241.0These guys have a minimum two hour ($600) charge for towing. Nobody I've spoken with in the industry has ever heard of such a thing, with most area towing operations charging half that price. I only agreed to the $600 with the claim of roadside assistance to get me up and running without needing to take van to a shop. I had an extraordinarily messy experience with them, an incompetent and in over his head tow truck driver at the helm. Significant delays. Essential tools forgotten. Parts from underside of van lost/forgotten at the site of the eventual tow (which required further delay for another driver to come and help him!). That missing part requiring replacement by an unrelated area car shop, on my dime. Misleading language from phone operator. Inflexible and unwilling recourse from upper management to accept responsibility for the botched operation. I do not recommend!
