  I can’t express enough how happy I am with this visit. Jacob was patient and compassionate explaining to me every detail my car might need. I changed oil twice before and they never mentioned anything. They never checked if my vehicle wanted something other than oil change. Jacob checked and advised me what to do. I really appreciate Jacob and highly recommend him. If you were to do your car at Valvoline just ask for Jacob!!

  The funniest thing about this is they wanted me to leave a review before the service was even done by scanning a QR code. I told them I’d leave a review once everything was completed, and now that it’s done, I’m leaving a negative one. This is the second time I’ve been to this Valvoline location in Tustin. The first time, I only went in for an oil change, and while they were working on my tires, they took the air caps off my tires and never put them back. When I called afterward, the manager hung up on me. Corporate eventually made it right, which is the only reason I decided to give this location another chance. What makes this even crazier is that before they started working on my car during the second visit, I literally joked with them about the last incident and said something along the lines of, “Hopefully nothing else goes missing this time.” Somehow, despite specifically bringing it up beforehand, something else still disappeared from my car. For my second visit, I went in for a tire rotation, and once again a part from my car was removed and never returned. Specifically, my wheel lock key was missing afterward, which is something you absolutely need for your vehicle. After I pushed the issue, they suddenly “found” one to give back to me, except it was clearly used and dirty looking instead of the clean original one that came with my car, which you can see in the photo. That only made the situation look even worse. On top of that, they constantly try to upsell services you don’t need, and this time they refused to install the wiper blades I brought with me even though they’ve done it for me in the past. At this point, two visits and two separate incidents involving missing parts from my car is beyond unacceptable. I gave this location a second chance after corporate stepped in the first time, and they somehow managed to make the experience even worse. I will never come back to this location again, and I’d strongly recommend anyone who values their vehicle or basic customer service avoid it altogether.

  I had a fantastic experience here and can’t recommend them enough. I was attended on 5/10/26 by Juan, Ivan, and Edwin. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really set them apart was the level of care they took with my vehicle. Instead of just telling me what was wrong, they actually showed me a video of a leak they discovered I really appreciated how they treated me and my car. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood the repairs, which built a lot of trust. If you’re looking for honest, transparent, and high-quality service, this is the place to go.

  Upon my arrival, the team was extremely friendly, approachable, and informative! When I drove into the parking lot, Donnie helped me by directing me where to go exactly and then John was extremely informative throughout the process and explained everything thoroughly giving me options to upgrade my services today for the betterment of my vehicle and then also Caleb was really great and got everything done so quickly I couldn’t believe it. They also installed my windshield wipers which I struggled with for like 30 minutes when I was in the parking lot and they took care of it for me because they are totally chivalrous and a wonderful team. I highly encourage anyone local to come here for their oil changes!
