I've been coming here for a several years and I have yet to have a bad experience. Emmet is the best and always takes good care of me. He always gets me in and out of there as soon as possible (it helps if you have a scheduled appointment). He may come off a little rough around the corners, but he's honest and direct, which I appreciate. And if you treat him with respect, he'll return the favor. It's always a pleasure seeing you Emmet.

Today they repaired my leaking tire- it needed a plug and an new intake area where you add air(I don’t know what that intake area is called) I showed up and they made time to assess what was going on and fix it as fast as could, without trying to sell me new tires! When I have to get new tires — I buy them there!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I want to share my experience with this Goodyear location. About 10,000 miles ago, I purchased a set of Goodyear Assurance Finesse tires from Walmart. After only about 10,000 miles of normal driving, the front tires were completely worn out. I contacted Goodyear Customer Service, and they instructed me to take my vehicle to an authorized Goodyear retailer for an inspection. They also told me that the tires should be inspected to determine whether they qualified for warranty consideration. Based on that guidance, I came to this location. After inspecting the tires, the employee confirmed that the front tires were completely worn after only about 10,000 miles. Then I was told that these tires have no mileage warranty at all because they are an OE tire. I was also told something that surprised me even more. The employee clearly told me: “These are not the right tires for your Nissan Rogue. When these tires wear out, you should buy a different tire model.” If that is true, then why were these tires sold and installed on my vehicle in the first place? The store then recommended a different Goodyear tire with an 85,000-mile warranty, and I agreed to purchase it. However, I specifically requested that the new 85,000-mile warranty tires be installed on the front of my vehicle and that my Walmart-purchased Goodyear Assurance Finesse tires be moved to the rear. That is not what happened. Instead, the Walmart-purchased Goodyear Assurance Finesse tires were completely removed and replaced with the new tires, while my original rear tires remained on the vehicle. The work that was performed was not what we had discussed. When I asked what would happen to the tires that were removed, I was told they would be sent to Goodyear for inspection. This is what I still do not understand. If these tires truly have no mileage warranty or warranty coverage, why are my tires being sent to Goodyear? I already paid for those tires. They belong to me. If they are not covered by any warranty, then they should have remained with me, and the rear tires should have been replaced as I originally requested. Instead, I ended up paying for a second set of Goodyear tires after only about 10,000 miles. On top of all that, when I picked up my vehicle, the newly installed tires were not even properly inflated. Shortly after leaving the shop, my vehicle displayed a tire pressure warning. A tire shop should perform this basic safety check before returning a customer’s vehicle. Throughout this entire process, what I was told and what was actually done did not match. My questions were never clearly answered. The process was never properly explained. I did not feel like I was dealing with a professional Goodyear retailer. Instead, I felt like I was dealing with a shop that was more interested in selling another set of tires than helping resolve my problem. I have already reported this entire situation to Goodyear Customer Service and provided them with all of the documentation, including their email, my purchase records, and the paperwork from this location. I hope Goodyear carefully reviews how this location handled my case. I chose this location because I trusted the Goodyear name. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged that trust.

Picked up a nail in my EV tire. Lots of places turned down patching it because of the foam. Called Just Tires and Tony told me they could fit me in same day for the patch and also got my tires rotated. Tony and the guys working there saved me having to buy a new tire for a few thousand more miles. Tony is also a super nice guy and really went above and beyond for me. He definitely had a repeat customer once I need those new tires. Thank you Just Tires team!

I had the best experience at Just Tires Irvine! I live in LA and got a flat about 10 miles from them. My car has run flat tires so I was able to drive to a near by gas station. There was a cut on the side, impossible to fix so I needed a new one. I've called about 12, yep, 12 tire shops in the vicinity and no one had it in stock, till I've reached them. They had exactly the matching one with the other 3 (I was considering getting anything to go home at that point but the cost of the new tire would go to the drain as I would have to still buy a run flat). The staff was polite, attentive and the service got done in about 40 minutes. But here's what stand out even more and motivated me to write this. I asked Wes, the more than helpful rep that answered my call and provided me the support in the shop, if he would recommend to change the opposite front tire as well. He went to the garage, measured the tread depth of the other tire, came to me and said, - No need, it has half a life yet and it's the same manufacturer and specs of the new one. He took his time from the office, grabbed the tool, checked it and provided me with his professional evaluation, when, as we often see, most wouldn't think twice and just make another sale. Wes honesty, attention, professionalism and integrity are really rare in any sales/service market, what to say in the automotive industry. Do I need to say more?
