  Awesome. So busy but still kindly helped me out with a torn/flat tire. Kept the car overnight for us as we requested. Shout out to Emmett for managing us and four other customers at the same time.

  Rude staff, don’t do service here. Called here after tire was broken and was told that they would look at it. After being towed here, a male employee looked like they didn’t want to help. He took a quick look at the tire and didn’t say much until we asked him. He was very short with his responses, not providing any assistance. This was a distasteful interaction. I’ve never felt so ignored at a service shop. Take a look at the negative reviews for this place yourself, looks like similar situations have occurred with no changes to employees/management.

  This is a message for the manager: There is a very non-friendly front desk employee here Emmett Freeman ( if he gave his name to me correctly) that when I asked to see my tires before installing he said u stopped my work and u slow down my work. I really do not expect a very rude non friendly manner of the front desk for installing two tires that I wait in the lobby for 1 hour and 30 min. When I was watching my car he came and in a non friendly manner said do not stop here. I also at the beginning asked him any tire suggestion for my car. He ignored me saying no. These guys shall not sit communicating with customers reducing the credit of JustTires.

  Extremely disappointing customer service. The actual tire service was fine, but the front desk experience was absolutely unacceptable, specifically dealing with an employee named Tony. From the moment I walked in, Tony was rude, aggressive, and dismissive. I had previously spoken with the manager and agreed on a specific price for my tires. When I mentioned that the price Tony gave me was different, he became defensive, yelled at me, and told me to go to another store if I did not want to sign the paperwork. I stayed calm and simply asked him to confirm the price with his manager. Eventually, after my vehicle was finished, he told me the price had been lowered to what was originally discussed. What bothered me even more was watching how he treated other customers. I witnessed multiple people come in and receive the same hostile attitude. He yelled at customers, laughed at them when they asked questions, and turned people away without any basic courtesy. One older couple simply asked to have their tire pressure checked, and he became aggressive with them despite them explaining that they had previously called and were told they could come by around 7 PM. I understand that shops get busy and may have to turn customers away, but there is absolutely no reason to treat people this way. There are other ways of turning down customers which still show hospitality rather than hostility. I have also noticed several other reviews describing similar experiences, followed by what appear to be generic responses from the company. If management genuinely values customer feedback, I hope they actually address these repeated complaints rather than simply posting another copy and paste response. The work may be fine, but the customer service from the front desk seriously needs to be addressed. Bad reputation and PR for business.

  I had a nail stuck in my tire and called the shop after researching whether it could be patched. I described the location of the nail and the condition of the tire, but the person I spoke with said the tire needed to be replaced. I went ahead and had them install a new one. Afterward, I noticed that the valve stem cap had not been screwed on completely. Fortunately, I checked the tire before driving. The replacement tire also looked somewhat used at first, although I later learned that it is normal for new tires not to look freshly detailed. Overall, they completed the tire replacement without any major issues. The waiting area is fairly basic, with a water dispenser and a small television. I did get the impression that the business was more focused on upselling than finding the most affordable solution for the customer. I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but it would have been reassuring to see more effort put into exploring less expensive alternatives, such as confirming whether the tire could have been safely patched before recommending a full replacement. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would use their services again. It was not exceptional, but it was certainly better than many other tire shops I have visited.
