  Save yourself some headache and expense by not renting here. just get the car from airport. I cleaned the car decent but there were tiny dust from shoes, etc. He wanted me to take the car for vacuum cleaning and bring it back. He almost wanted me to wash the car also. They are lookings for ways to charge. They are short staffed and don't want to do any work before renting again. While renting the new lady asked a bunch of questions non stop felt probing, about where was I going for vacation, who will all be in the car, more details about everywhere we would be going, etc. I hated it. The worst person to talk before going on a vacation. Best part about this location is Aaliyah, one of the best customer service person I have met. She went above and beyond to secure the vehicle and communicated well.

  The manager at Tustin Edinger branch is super nice found me a rental car that Best fit my needs and a brand new car. Enterprise Rental took good care of me. They also washed the car before the rental. I like that a lot super clean!

  This particular location has always been awesome. Jackson in particular, had a way of making every customer i saw him interact with feel like family. Most had just been in an accident or breakdown and being taken care of is important at that moment. Even though the phone was ringing off the hook,he stayed calm and made sure everyone was aware that they were seen .I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 20 years and it is because of the customer service that I continue to choose Enterprise.

  I had the best experience ever. Aliah helped me get a rental immediately after arriving and I asked If I could get a Toyota or Mazda because I felt comfortable driving those cars and she had a Toyota ready for me. She was so patient and kind to me not to mention her amazing personality. Jackson was an associate who helped me when I returned the car and he was so kind and helped me check out. He answered the many questions I had and did it with a smile on his face. I felt so comfortable with these 2 associates. Paul drove me over to the collision center and he was so nice too. We talked about my car and he gave me such good advice and was very prompt on getting me there on time and safely. I would highly recommend renting a car from this location. They made the process stress free!
