This place is probably the worst customer service I've had. I was put on hold twice. Fist one for 20 min, I called back. Got put on hold for the second time for 30 min and went pass 6pm so they were closed by then. Great company, but this location needs to be restrained.

I had a mixed experience with Enterprise during an already stressful situation. On May 19, after another driver hit my parked Tesla and accepted full responsibility through their insurance, Enterprise was arranged to provide me with a rental vehicle while my car remained in the repair shop until June 12.
Since my vehicle is a Tesla, I requested an equivalent electric vehicle, which I believe was a reasonable expectation given that I was not at fault for the accident. Initially, Enterprise provided me with a convertible Mustang, which I genuinely enjoyed driving. However, within just a few days, the vehicle began smoking while I was driving. As a 26-year-old woman stranded on the side of the road on a Friday night waiting for roadside assistance, I felt scared and unsafe.
Afterward, I was placed into a BMW gas-powered vehicle. While I appreciate that the local manager, George, was professional, polite, and genuinely tried to help throughout the process from the beginning until now, I do remain disappointed with Enterprise as a company. It has now been weeks since the accident, and despite the insurance company paying for a rental, I still have not been provided with a comparable electric Tesla replacement.
When someone is affected by an accident that wasn’t their fault, especially when their own vehicle is a specialized electric car, the rental experience should focus on restoring normalcy and convenience—not creating additional stress, unexpected fuel expenses, and safety concerns. I hope Enterprise improves its fleet management and ensures that customers receive suitable replacement vehicles that genuinely match their transportation needs. If I wanted to have a gas car- I'd buy it, I don't need to be paying every 2-3 days 70-80 dollars per gallon...

Justin, the store manager, helped me from start to finish. He helped me make the right choice about a vehicle, and when I arrived to drop it off, he came out to me. This was amazing, as I am disabled, it helped save me time, and helped keep me comfortable. I will be using Enterprise again!
Had an outstanding experience at Enterprise thanks to George! He went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, fast, and stress free. Professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. Definitely the best rental experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend asking for George if you can!

Me and my husband worked with him with a rental and he is so professional so good so nice and he worked with us and we are completely satisfied. We will definitely be coming back and definitely be referring people there to see George.
