I tried to confirm it three separate times. They had the wrong phone number on file for me, and I could never reach the shop directly—only a completely unhelpful Safelite customer service line. They canceled the appointment without even emailing me. I will never use Safelite again. Their quote was also consistently about $100 more than a local shop. I made multiple attempts to verify that this appointment would happen, and both Safelite customer service and this shop completely failed me. Now I’m stuck getting a rental even though I have to work tomorrow. Really bad experience. USAA Referral number: 739746.
