  I don’t normally take the time to fill out customer surveys, but this experience absolutely deserved it. I want to recognize Augie, Luis, and Arnaldo at the Tulare Valvoline for providing, without question, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I came in after a really difficult day. My car’s air conditioning had stopped working, it was incredibly hot outside, and getting an oil change was one more thing I was dreading. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. They didn’t just change my oil. They took the time to explain other services I could take advantage of between oil changes, answered every question I had without making me feel rushed, helped me find online coupons to save money, and made sure I understood everything they were doing. It never felt like they were trying to sell me something…it felt like they genuinely wanted to help me take better care of my car. What stood out most was how they treated me as a person. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and compassion completely changed the direction of my day. I walked in feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and I left feeling lighter and genuinely grateful. Customer service like this is incredibly rare. They reminded me that there are still people who truly care about doing their jobs well and treating others with kindness. That may sound dramatic, but it’s exactly how I felt. Augie, you run an outstanding team. Luis and Arnaldo, thank you for your patience, your professionalism, and your kindness. I sincerely hope each of you receives the recognition you deserve because you made a lasting impression on me. Thank you all for turning what I expected to be a miserable errand into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

  Judith was amazing!! Has assisted with my last few visits and has always been very professional, thorough and catering to my vehicle needs. Highly recommend Valvoline Tulare staff! Store manager has done an amazing job with prioritizing customer service with his team.

  It was my first time going to Valvoline and I will definitely be returning! Not only was the service Fast, but the customer service was great. They let me know of everything my car needed and how they can help and the manager came up to me after right away and let me know that everything was well taken care of and just an overall great experience and to top it off it only took about 20 minutes or less. Thank you, Valvoline!!

  Auggie and his team were had us in and out in about 10 minutes for an oil change and topped off our fluids, plus a full vehicle inspection! They were very quick and efficient with their work and knowledgeable about other things the car was due for. 10/10 experience, we will defining be bringing our other vehicles here in the future.

  I had a great experience getting my oil change here. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They got my vehicle serviced quickly without making me feel rushed, and Arnold clearly explained everything that was done and gave good recommendations. I really appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service. Auggie went the extra mile to overlook the service that was provided, which made me feel confident in the work they do. I have gone to dealerships that did not provide service like this. Highly recommend! Thank you to all the hard workers at Valvoline in Tulare.
