  Elizabeth was very professional and friendly showed exactly what has been done to my car and what we still need to .. throughly checked all fluid levels, brakes, turn signals .. Completely satisfied with my service today. I am a regular at Valvoline I always recommend friends to go there for their oil change and inspection.

  Had been looking to get transmission oil changed on a 22 Civic Sport but locally kept being told they didn’t have the part needed - not sure what that means - but called Valvoline and was told yes they had what was needed and didn’t need an appt. So I driver over & was sure to double check before waiting my turn & when I got there the Service Attendant & Manager were both very helpful in making sure they were going to be able to get the service done by looking at the car real quick and checking their systems. After confirming it could be done, it was about a 30 minute service. Inspection was conducted while service being done and was able to identify I needed a few more things - I personally say yes bc I’m already there but up to you if you want to give into the upsell ! All in all, I am very pleased with today’s service - I paid about $300 total and was in and out in about 30 mins with excellent customer service! Well worth the drive from Porterville

  Took my 2025 Integra Type-S fo an oil change. Paid $150+ for full synthetic and an air filter. The guys seem nice enough, but they forgot to install back the 2 10mm bolts that hold the metal skid plate towards the front of the car. The front of the plate has 2 10mm bolts and 2 metal quick fasteners. They put the quick fasteners but kept the 10mm bolts. A few weeks later on the highway, the right front quick fastener fell out, causing the front plate to drop and become a mangle metal mess that also damaged the bottom plastics. Cost me $200+ to replace the metal plate, 2 bolts, fastener and shipping. Installed them myself, would have cost way more to have the dealer fix this. I know they installed the fastener poorly as it was difficult to turn and fasten it correctly. If they would have just remembered to install back the 10mm bolts, the plate would have no chance to fall down. Thanks Valvoline for the $350 oil change.
