  Was on hold hung up on me twice. I had to go to Chevrolet next door to drop off truck needed rental for 2 weeks. Ended up calling enterprise in Visalia and getting a ride to them.

  What a Great experience working with Noel and Cori. I had a very strict need for a Grand Wagoneer type vehicle to carry a longboard in and they made it happen for me..It took some time and negotiating, But they made it happen...Smiles all the way around.I was going to have to make two different reservations in two different cities BUT Cori pulled some rabbit out of hat and total satisfaction all the way around. Thank You.

  Cori is our favorite go to person at this location but everyone there is so helpful and goes out of their way to make sure we are accommodated. It’s our favorite go to rental place and we will continue to go there as long as the service remains the same. A+ all around for this location.

  Life-savers! Exceptional customer service when we needed it most. Enterprise completely saved our family trip! After getting turned away by another rental company despite having a reservation, we walked into Enterprise with no booking and zero notice. The female representative at the counter was an absolute breath of fresh air. She welcomed us warmly, listened to our situation, and went above and beyond to accommodate us immediately. In no time at all, she found the perfect, comfortable vehicle for our family so we could get on the road. Outstanding service, fast turn-around, and genuine care for customers—we will definitely be coming back here for future trips!

  The rental car itself was excellent, which is the only reason I'm giving more than the lowest possible rating. Unfortunately, the customer service at the Tulare Enterprise location was one of the worst experiences I've had. Trying to reach the office by phone was incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly answered my calls only to place me on hold immediately without even saying hello or asking how they could help. This happened multiple times. When I finally spoke up about it, Corey responded by saying, "What do you want?" I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional that was. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The vehicle was great, but customer service is just as important as the product. I hope Enterprise's management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training and accountability for the staff at this location. No customer should be treated this way.
