  I came into the store today to get oil and coolant for my vehicle and the gentleman that helped me. I believe his name was. Daniel was very nice. Very helpful. Help me put it in my vehicle and was very knowledgeable and friendly

  I did have an issue initially with returning an item, made corporate complaint and was handled correctly the very next day! Wow, very customer oriented. 👏

  2nd time had issue with autozone. 1st time asked to test car battery on 2023 Mazda. They said it was good and charged it for me. Got it gome to replace battery dead. Went to Oriely and they put in on machine and immediately said faulty. Today went to check on warranty for brakes since hasn't been a year and they making noise. The system says no purchas but my online account shows it. For that reason the didnr honor warranty

  I recently had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Mary Jane. On 3/15/2026 After attempting to resolve an issue regarding a core refund return my husband initiated in-store, I was met with extreme rudeness. Mary Jane hung up on me after discussing the situation and asking for the branch managers name. She offered my husband a refund the entire order, which would take 3-4 business days to reflect in our account, and suggested we repurchase the order for over $200, then process a refund for the core charge. In this economy, that’s not an easy amount to repay after already paying it. Additionally, Jackie, another manager, seemed to think it was acceptable to poke fun at my husband, questioning why he was being "difficult," simply because they went to high school together. This level of disrespect was completely uncalled for, and it made him feel unwelcome. We will not be returning to this location and will take our business elsewhere. It’s clear that better training is needed for the staff, as another store on Blackstone resolved our issue in less than five minutes, something this location couldn’t accomplish in over 30. Overall, we are thoroughly disappointed with the service.
