    I have rented from Enterprise and National locations across the country, and this was by far one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I dealt with Chance, the Branch Manager, and was given inaccurate information multiple times. As I asked questions, the story continued to change and didn’t add up. When I asked for his area managers name/contact so I could escalate the issue, he refused to provide it, which raised even more concerns. I later spoke with another Enterprise employee on the property and received answers that directly contradicted what Chance had told me. I also confirmed that information Chance provided conflicted with Enterprise’s stated policies. Mistakes happen, but the lack of transparency, conflicting information, and refusal to provide a path for escalation were completely unacceptable. Enterprise should seriously review how this situation was handled.
