    Valvoline is always the most user-friendly experience for a consumer that I have experienced. The staff here at Tracy is very knowledgeable and friendly and anytime you have a question about something, they're always very helpful with getting the answer and explaining the why. I feel like I can trust the staff here at Tracy and I'm very happy that they are my local Valvoline because I work for a company that has a fleet account and it's great to know that our trucks are in good hands because they go through a lot of wear and tear. Absolutely fantastic experience every time I come here and it's always 15 minutes or less on an oil change. Diego and the staff here at Tracy are all class acts and very professional.

    I had a great experience getting my transmission service done. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. I really appreciate the quality of work and the attention to detail. A special thank you to Will, Brian, and Johnathan for their excellent customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their help and honesty throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission service and will be coming back in the future.

    I only got an oil change on my car. William and his crew are quick and very informative. They told me what my car needed and also recommended some maintenance items.Brian the manager introduced himself and was very friendly. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

    The lady who answered the phone today, 05/02/2026 needs to be retrained. When it came to identifying part for my car and I wasn’t sure of the exact make/ model of my vehicle, I offered to provide the VIN, In which she said, doesn’t provide information (the VIN is literally a decoder to check your vehicle specs so you can easily find the parts you need). Somebody please help her so she can properly assist customers! Incompetent customer service.

    Initial 5 Star Review: Staff was so sweet and helpful! Such a painless and quick experience. They didn’t try to pressure me into any additional services, but explained everything in depth, which I appreciated! The manager was also checking in customers and so kind! Will definitely be a returning customer! Edit: The team cleaned my battery corrosion for $10 and told me I’d see excess “purple liquid” but that there was nothing to worry about as it wouldn’t cause any issues and my battery was in good health overall (it’s only a year old). Well, 30 minutes later my battery wont start and there is smoke emitting from the negative charge. Had to wait another 40+ minutes for someone to come jump my car who let me know it had been completely oversaturated and the battery may need to be replaced. Tried to contact Valvoline to complain and couldn’t get through to a live agent. Not sure I’d trust these services again.
