  I always have a pleasant experience here. Today I worked with Joseph, the assistant manager and he was able to tell me everything my car needed without adding pressure for services that I wasn’t able to get done today. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly.

  Great Service I had a great experience getting my oil change here. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I especially want to thank Brian, the manager, for being helpful and making sure everything was taken care of properly. Great customer service and I really appreciate the team’s work. I’ll definitely come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Had a wonderful experience. They were short staffed yet still very kind and fast. I appreciate the communication. My air filter was disgusting and Faith was able to get me a new one and thank god she checks. She was fantastic and had great customer service. The whole team has a great attitude and seemed to like their job!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline in Tracy, California off Grant Line. The manager was extremely helpful, and they walked me through everything clearly. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient—you could tell they genuinely care about providing great service. Highly recommend Valvoline in Tracy if you’re looking for reliable, professional help.
