  I received a phone estimate for a downpipe-back exhaust installation on my 2026 Honda Civic Si. Upon arrival, I was informed the price would be higher than originally quoted, and I was prepared to walk away. The owner personally came out, introduced himself, and honored the original quote without hesitation. What really stood out was that he performed the installation himself and went far beyond what I would expect from most shops. His attention to detail, thought process, and overall thoroughness were exceptional. He treated my vehicle as if it were his own, which is rare to find these days. I would absolutely recommend this shop and plan to return for future work.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Tracy Auto Service! Their prices are very affordable compared to other places, and the location is super convenient—easy to get to right off the freeway. The customer service was excellent. The staff were very polite, professional, and friendly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I went in for a front axle brake pad and rotor replacement, and they did a fantastic job. The out-the-door cost was only $399.00, which is way cheaper than other places I checked. They also provided a 2-year warranty, which is a huge plus and shows they stand behind their work. Overall, this place offers great value without compromising quality. I highly recommend Tracy Auto Service to anyone needing car repairs!

  I cannot recommend this place enough. I brought my car in for a repair and was blown away by the fair pricing, but more importantly, by the integrity of the people here. What really stood out happened when I returned for additional work related to an error code I'd been told I needed fixed before my smog check. Instead of just taking my money, the owner plugged in his diagnostic machine, saw there were no codes present, and told me he wasn't going to charge me for work I didn't need. He sent me straight to get smogged — and my car passed. In an industry where upselling and unnecessary charges are all too common, this place is a breath of fresh air. They are honest, genuine, and truly care about their customers over their bottom line. This is the kind of shop you tell everyone you know about. A rare hidden gem — I will be coming back for all my car needs without hesitation.

  Friendly and welcoming staff, got my car serviced with brake shoes, front rim bushes and tire replacement. Very satisfied with the service and overall multi point check including competitive pricing
