- SSSherry6 days ago1.0Not happy at all. I took my car for an oil change and it needed anti freeze. Jose the technician broke the top to my antifreeze which caused my car to loose pressure when I drove. What pissed me off is he said it was broke before he took the top off...??? Im not understanding how would he have known it was broke before he took it off.Lied to my face. After youtubing this I learned your not suppose to remove the cap while the car is hot. Then he put on my receipt he checked brake lights rear view lights etc and did none of that. Not happy at all.I will not be a returning customer. He didn't even want to give me the manager info..Jiffy Lube need to fix this
