  I love enterprise , I’ve always used them. I even have a account with them, BUT I made a reservation for Friday, because for the past years, you’ve always been able to place a deposit down, and then you get charged for the full amount when you return the car. Now they charge for the car, plus a $300 deposit at the time of pick up. Woa! It’s never been this way, and I’ve been renting on business for years. I’m unfortunately going to have to cancel my reservation with these new rules. I’d be coming out of $600 on the day of! Wowzers. Never ever had this experience. The customer service rep said this rule has been in place for years. That must have been a new employee, because it has not been this way for years. I’m a regular paying customer and supporter, but I won’t be supporting that update. Didn’t want to have to take my personal car, but looks like I’ll be on the road this weekend, with my own car!

  Enterprise action was good. Enterprise company messed up my reservation and marked it differently in their system. Took a while to sort out. But they made it work and the staff here was pleasant. My main disappointment was the Saturday return. They close kinda early and there doesnt appear to be a mechanism to turn a car in after hours and it states you have to come back on Monday. I was leaving for a trip so I had to drive back out retrieve the car and drop it off at Oakland Airport. just a big hassle.

  This site has the hardest working staff in Northern California. I’ve never seen another site as busy as this one and despite the frustration it can cause in customers, the staff is always amazing. Corporate could take the pressure off of them by offering longer Saturday hours and half-day on Sunday.

  Jitesh and Iraqjeet are very helpful!! A lot of car options and Jitesh was very patient with us. The car is clean and ready to go. Check in and drop-off was quick and easy. Thank you
