  We had a great experience working with David Tannous at Volvo South Bay. He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Even with the uncertainty around tariffs, he stayed calm and helpful, always making sure we had the information we needed to make the right decision. We’re doing the Volvo Overseas Delivery program and are so excited to travel to Sweden to pick up our car. David made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows their stuff, David is your guy.

  David was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful with answers to all of my questions. He took all of my wants/needs into consideration and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Reggie was great with the signing process and putting me at ease with the programmed lease I was signing up for. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

  Five stars for the service advisor Andriy because he was a standup dude, but four stars for the overall outcome of the visit. I was hoping to get the intellisensor casing, (the big black plastic case behind the rearview mirror) tightened because it’s loose and it makes creaking sounds depending on the road conditions and whether I’m coming into a driveway. The tech drove it and found no issue so that didn’t get fixed. But the noise is there. The cabin in this ‘21 V90 was from the onset way too loud, creaking noises coming from many places when driving over less than flat roads. The option to dismantle it, however, seemed too drastic as I could possibly get it back from the dealer in worse condition than when I dropped it off so I guess it’s something I’ll have to live with. I know, first world problems.
