  The shadiest and most dishonest experience I've had with a car dealership (and that is saying a lot). Avoid McKenna Volvo at all costs.

  Disappointing experience with Volvo and Volvo Cars South Bay. Leased a "new" car only to learn that body work had been performed on the vehicle prior to exiting the port (and entering the States). Gapping was off, trim panels were rubbing and the door was misaligned. The service center accused me of "tampering with the bolts on door", and to make it right, the sales department unhelpfully offered that I make 30 payments to exit the lease and trade in for another vehicle. Service "fixed" the vehicle twice but the issues persist since the door does not fit properly... I have higher expectations for a brand that prides itself on safety. Be aware of aggressive sales tactics and recommend full inspection of all imported cars. +1 star for the coffee. Helpful for when you'll spend hours waiting for information.

  Very helpful service and salespeople, very knowledgeable. Harlan was awesome setting us up. And I am very grateful and will have to say thank you to Brian Lightfoot for helping us in choosing the car that suited us best. He was very professional with handling the transaction and made everything go very smooth! This Volvo dealership in my regards gets in A+! From costumer service, sales, all the way to service maintenance department!
