He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into unnecessary services. The process was quick, efficient, and he made sure my truck was taken care of from start to finish. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Tyrone definitely exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to others!

They took their time explaining things to me and making sure I was comprehending what my car needed! I am very thankful and happy to see that such young men have phenomenal customer service skills because after covid customer service is nonexistent at most businesses but I am glad I don’t have to worry about that at this specific valvoline location! Aidan is doing great to be a new hire as well! God Bless them All in their careers endeavors and life!!!

Convenient, quick drive-thru and sit in your car service, wasn’t even a 5-minute wait & overall time was 25min. Luis was very pleasant & attentive, he answered all my questions & concerns, walked me through each service offered but didn’t make me feel pressured to add on extras. Omari was the hero under the hood, was skilled and promptly handled the tire rotation, oil change, fluid checks, etc. Together they were a great team and were extremely customer service oriented throughout my whole visit.
