  The Gentleman that assisted me was Jeremiah lead mechanic and Giovani and eilverado where very professional and knowledgeable and don’t bullshit you like other oil places and trying to add extra things you don’t need !! This kind of professionalism and knowledge and trustworthy will continue to earn my business.

  This is my second time at this Valvoline station and it is great! The price is high so I use my Groupon coupon, but even when I'm out of service coupons, I'll be back! The technicians are respectful, kind and thorough. They don't do heavy upsells. They go through a ~20 point check list and tell you what they find. If you want them to serve you, cool. If not, cool. I felt no pressure which is what I like. They show you all that they're doing and OH, YOU STAY IN YOUR CAR the entire service which lasts about 15-20 minutes after you get into the bay. I got an oil change and had my tires rotated. There were 2 cars ahead of me but I ended up staying no more than 45 minutes total! So yeah, I give them two thumbs up and will be back!

  Upon my first ever experience at Valvoline Services, I wasn't sure what to expect. The overall experience was one of, if not the BEST in and out car service experience I've ever experienced. I would like to give shout outs and praises to the team that assisted me and took excellent care to not only me but to my vehicle as well. Victor, Sherlin, Alvarado, Jeremiah, and Luis the manager that gave me the hospitality and assurance to my vehicles' mechanical health. GOD bless you all.

  I had my oil change done at this Valvoline location, and they were friendly, professional, and very helpful. During the service, they noticed a leak in my power steering hose and brought it to my attention. I really appreciated that they took the time to identify the issue, as catching it early can help prevent further damage to the car. Overall, I had a great experience and appreciate their helpful and thorough service.

  This was my first time at this location and just like all the Valvoline’s in the South Bay the service was exceptional. I went on a Sunday afternoon and luckily pulled up as one car just finished. They walked me through everything they were checking and let me know what I needed updated based on their system. I also really liked that this location had 2 women on staff! I haven’t seen that many women at the other locations so that was great to see
