    My husband and I had a great experience when purchasing our Rogue at Nissan of Torrance! When we first arrived, we were greeted by a sale associate named Ray. He was kind and very helpful. Ultimately he and a gentleman named Diego helped us out with a great deal. They were patient, knowledgeable and we were satisfied with the overall service!

    Disappointed with the service. They are fairly professional and seem to do a good job. They send a video of inspection which is very useful and a nice addition to the service. However, I did not have good luck with them when I took my van in for a recall. I figured I would get an oil change also. I did a walk around with the service rep and he pointed out the tires should be rotated. I agreed and requested that they do that. Back in the office he went over a long list of service items I could have done and I only agreed to the oil change, tire rotation and I added the wheel balancing since they were going to remove the tires anyway. Well they did not rotate the tires. They took all four wheels off and put them back in the original location. How hard was it to rotate them after balancing them. The manager claims it was an added cost and they did not have to do it since the rep neglected to include it after I agreed to it being done. Just Lame.

    I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership entirely over the phone and had it delivered to my home. I paid the full asking price without negotiating and made it clear to the salesperson that this vehicle was being purchased as a gift for my daughter. Because I was buying remotely, I relied heavily on the salesperson's description of the vehicle and was assured that it was clean and ready for delivery. Unfortunately, when the car arrived, I was very disappointed. The vehicle had not been washed, the exterior was dirty, and the interior had a strong unpleasant odor that was immediately noticeable. I understand that a used vehicle may not be perfect, but I expected at least a basic level of preparation before delivery—especially for a customer who purchased sight unseen, never test drove the vehicle, paid full price, and trusted the dealership's representation of its condition. A simple wash and an effort to address the odor would have gone a long way. The car itself may be fine mechanically, but the lack of attention to detail and customer service surrounding the delivery left a poor impression. I expected a much better experience given the circumstances of the purchase.
