  I had a great experience at Martin Chevrolet! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was very impressed with the service. My Service Advisor, Jose Guevara, was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and hassle-free. Alvin also assisted me and was very helpful throughout my visit. The service was quick and efficient, and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be returning to Martin Chevrolet for my future service needs. Highly recommend!

  Shout out to the Manager, Miguel.. the sales rep, Pablo..and the finance rep, Jeff!!! Top notch 👌!! They made my purchase experience the best it could possibly be! 10/10..highly recommend!!! Martin Chevrolet, Torrance is a Socal gem because of staff like this 🙏💯🤙!

  Jose was great 👍 He took care of my car's regularly scheduled appointment, saw that it had 2 recalls that would take some time, so he sent me home with a borrowed car. It was quick and easy and my car was ready by noon the next day. Excellent service!

  I came in for my 16K maintenance which was quoted that it would be around $764.00 I didn't understand as to why the amount was so high since I am on a budget. The service helper Alvin was not helpful in regards to bringing down the price he just kept saying that this was a requirement. I also brought in my tire that was punctured somewhere. He said he would see if they could repair it. He called me later and let me know that the tire was not repairable since it was damaged on the interior wall and it would be an additional $270.00 which they did not have in stock and had to special order it. I agreed and said ok. Then I spoke to some friends and they said that this didn't seem right with how much I was being charged. I called Alvin and requested him to stop the work at about 9:15am he said they almost finished. Which didn't make sense why they were that quick. I dropped it off at about 8am he said it would be about 2 hours for the routine maintenance and later in the day for the tire. Luckily the tire was cancelled in time. When I got to the dealership I just wanted to get out of there. I was redirected to Mario who did help bring my bill down and used my points since I have never used them before. He also asked if I had a warranty on my tires when I purchased the car. I did double check that which I did not. I ended up leaving and getting the tire looked at by America Tire. They were able to repair it. It did not have interior wall damage as stated by Martin Chevrolet. They were able to repair it for free. I just wish people would be more honest and helpful when anyone comes in for service. It's not about boosting the bill. Some people can be blinded to prices but others are on a budget like me.
