  I had an unexpected flat tire on my front right wheel, and Jose, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me. Even though the shop was about to close and was no longer accepting appointments, he made an exception and arranged to have my tires replaced. I truly appreciate Jose’s willingness to go the extra mile to help a customer in need. His professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Jose, for your exceptional service! Highly recommended!

  Bummer. I used to like this place and sent friends there. I told the guy at the desk that I left town for two weeks and came back to a completely flat tire. He told me tires can go flat if you don't drive your car for a couple weeks. What?!? I've got 4 tires and only one went flat. By this logic, shouldn't they all be flat? He reluctantly got up and went to my vehicle and told me the air was leaking out the side wall. "If we put soap on there, will we see bubbles", I asked. "No," he said. "Then it's not leaking there, correct?" He said I needed to replace both rear tires and gave me a price. I asked if he could price all four, but he only suggested I double the two rear tire price, which would be over $1500 for standard tires. Anyway, I pulled into a place up the street with my driver's side window down, pointed to the rear left tire, said, "I need a patch." Three guys attacked my car with a jack, drill and a air hose to check and fill the other tires. They found the nail, and I was in and out in 15 minutes for $25. INSANE!!! Tires go flat if you don't drive for two weeks? The air is coming out the side wall, so you need new tires? Everything this guy said was fantasy and sales driven.

  I've been going to Allen Tires for over over 15 years. They repaired the car and said the system would reset after a few days of driving. It never happened. Went to the dealer and they said the in correct parts were installed. They installed the correct parts and the system reset. I took the parts back to Allen Tire where they issued a refund form. They never refunded the money to my credit card...over $500. Will have to take them to small claims court. Will never go back...

  I have gone to them twice for tire patches after running over nails in 2 different cars in 2 years. They have always been fast, affordable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

  I walked in for a tire change and asked to replace two tires. The manager David at the front desk was nice, and I was satisfied with how quickly the job was done. However, I have concern regarding the alignment which he said they did. I watched the tire change being done. I did not see any alignment performed, he emphasized that the alignment was done before the tire change, which doesn’t make sense. Also, he never gives me any record for before and after alignment. I believe I have been overcharged. Will never come back.
