    My wife and I recently leased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe and had a very positive experience as first time “buyers”. We worked with Perry who gives off the best “responsible dad” energy and as young buyers who both don’t have dads. This is exactly who you want to buy a car from. Perry was so chill, never pushy or stressful, and treated us with the utmost respect and hospitality. He took his time explaining all the features and even helped us install our dog crate in the trunk (serious gem of a human!). We’re so happy with our Santa Fe, it’s the best adventure car that still rides like a dream and looks so good on the street! Also fits all our camping gear, our dog and room for friends and family to ride along. Thank you Hyundai Westlake Village and Perry!

    This dealership used to be awesome. It took two weeks for these people to even answer the phone or tell me what was going on with my car. After all this time they ask for oil change receipts and then after we receive the receipts they tell me never mind it's been denied. Trying to pick up the car 10 minutes in the lobby with nobody in sight. Quality care is absolutely zero now.

    I called the parts department today with questions about my 21 Tucson. I read on the app that there is now wireless CarPlay. He knew nothing about it and was condescending and abruptly was not answering questions. I also asked if there was a wireless CarPlay adapter. He abruptly said no like I was asking the most stupid question ever. This is my dealership and was very disappointed.

    Saif was the best, he helped me find the perfect car and got it down to the best price. Definitely recommend him if you need a new car! Love my new Hyundai!

    I had a really great experience working with the dealership. I had been to multiple places and this was the only one that felt upfront without any deceiving sales tactics. Shoutout to Tinoush for getting me a great deal and Fernando in finance for explaining everything to me. I can’t say how much I appreciate you guys not only working with me but staying late so we can close the deal. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!!
