- DDD2 days ago5.0Quick and easy oil change. I have been coming here for years and they are always great. I forgot to use my coupon until after I paid. The manager honored my coupon and gave me the $15 off. Definitely will come back to this location, very happy!
- LLLygo2 days ago1.0Survey Comment: The training supervisor tells me to start me engine, the basement bay starts screaming STOP1 STOP! the engine ran dry for 20 seconds. The trainer didn't even talk to me. At the end of service, the office mgr asked if everything was alright. I explained the MAJOR foul up, the mgr then talked to the trainer, came back with I am sorry. That's it. NOT how can we fix this? Nope just avoid eye contact go to the next customer. Seriously this is a FAIL. Then on the receipt: it states there was an engine leak. It was never communicated to the customer. Avoid this franchise, with high turn over-not the quality it once was.
- JOJim OsborneJul 1, 20265.0First visit. Impressed. Previously used Jiffy Lube but today used Valvoline and will be returning. By comparison, this service is like a pit stop at the Indy 500. There are guys swarming over my car- one guy doing the check ( tires, filters etc), another guy doing the oil change, and the manager doing the customer service and billing. Very smooth, co-ordinated service.

The service was super fast, very informative and communicative service guy helping me out. Price was very clear up front. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes as promised. Absolutely will be coming back
