  I will never go back to this store and I am a big fan of these Valvoline drive-throughs because they are very efficient. They communicate well with their customers and each other. And they get you in and out, and I just love the whole experience about how they operate, however, this particular Store. I will never go back to. I went there yesterday around 1:50 to have my oil changed and tires rotated, and there were 3 cars in all the bays, and I was directed to pull into the first Bay, I sat there for about 15 to 20 minutes and a female pulled up into the second Bay behind the vehicle that was in there and the roll down her window and was chatting and laughing and communicating with the gent. Who was speaking with her? And then a car pulled up behind the vehicle in the third Bay, about 10 minutes goes by and the car in the second Bay pulls off, and the female that was that arrived 20 minutes after I did was directed to pull into the second Bay. Female came up to me and said that the car in front of me would be just a few more seconds that they were about to get it out of there, I said, okay, and then I noticed that the car in the third Bay was pulling off too. And that vehicle was directed to pull in there, so I was left sitting there for another 10 minutes without nobody saying a word to me or the vehicle in front of me leaving, they were still changing oils and checking things and speaking to the person and mind you, I've already been here for about 30 minutes. Or so, and I ended up leaving after spending about 35 to 40 minutes without my car being serviced. Nobody coming to speak to me and I just think that was highly unprofessional. I am a person in recovery and treatment, and I am very aware that things happen and I have learned patients, understanding and communication are key. However, nobody communicated with me that there was something going on that. They're sorry that it took so long. Or even acknowledged the fact that I had been there for about 1520 minutes before anybody else even pulled up behind me and that to me was wrong so Yeah , communication is key and I will definitely not be going back there

  The service is always great they do work work in a short period of time The prices are always fair and a lot better than what you would get at the dealership highly recommend Valvoline instant oil, change, and love the fact you can sit in the car when they do the work and the people are always courteous

  Danny and Omar were legit I got in and out super fast. They even reset my oil level as soon as I got in so they didn’t have to do it at the end and I could just drive out.

  Danny and JB are so kind and really took the time to explain things to me, without making me feel dumb (because I know barely know very much about cars) and they NEVER made me feel pressured or rushed. I only come here because these guys go above and beyond, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! So happy to have a place I can go and know that I’m not getting ripped off! I always recommend this specific Valvoline to all my friends!

  I come to Valvoline for the value, but always leave satisfied with the great service, quality, and care that they take in servicing my car. Omar was efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you Valvoline TO.
