  Edgar was super friendly went out of his way to help us when we didn't know anything about our battery. He helped install it and did it with a smile we typically don't come here but out business is with them now and we have 3 cars. David runs a great worker and he also is amazing and does well

  I cannot thank this AutoZone team enough for what they did for me during one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever experienced. My boyfriend and I ended up stranded in the parking lot and had to spend the night there after having tire problems with our Ram 3500. With my horse in the trailer with us. The next morning, right as we got a new set of tires and were going to start changing them, my boyfriend accidentally injured his hand badly with a knife and had to be taken to the hospital, I was left trying to figure everything out on my own. That’s when Dominic (“Kyles boss” on his name tag lol) and the rest of the team stepped in. Dominic went above and beyond by changing all four tires on the truck. The entire process was fast, professional, and done with genuine kindness. When I offered to pay for their help, they refused and simply asked me to leave a good review. I also want to recognize Ray, who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout everything. On top of being incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on car/tire issues—she stayed with me, talked with me, answered questions, and helped me stay calm during a very overwhelming situation. She was also super funny and had great stories. Her compassion made a huge difference. She even talked with me about my horse and offered genuinely helpful advice. The rest of the team present that day was also wonderful. Shout out to Rory as well, who also helped change the tires and stayed the entire time to offer support and kindness. Everyone treated me with patience, respect, and kindness when they easily could have just done the minimum and moved on. It felt like I had made great friends with all of them. These employees saved me from having to call AAA, wait for hours, and deal with even more stress during an already difficult day. Their willingness to help went far beyond what I would ever expect from customer service. Thank you, Dominic, Ray, Rory, and the entire team. I will never forget your kindness, and because of this experience I will gladly continue supporting AutoZone.
