Frank went out of his way to help me get everything I needed for new windshield wipers. His customer service was great and laid out all of my options for me. I would highly recommend this location for the knowledge and customer service!

You know how most things in life these days are disappointing with customer service and you just can’t find that good Hometown helpful friendly experience anymore? Well, this AutoZone on TO Boulevard is the answer to that. I’m telling you, I’ve been coming here for years and every time I need help or have questions or need a part, every employee here has gone above and beyond to help me. Some of the younger staff they’ve had here over the years are so helpful and polite and respectful. They must hire good candidates based on this quality. Tonight, Frank and Jordan were working and even though it was pretty close to their closing, they helped me test my battery and let me borrow a tool so I could install a new one I purchased from them. Typically one of their crew has gone out and replaced the battery as a courtesy Forrest, but they were shortstaffed. And then Jordan came out again and ran more tests to make sure that the alternator was good. So my late night that started out bad, looking like I’d have to deal with a dead car tomorrow morning and not going to work was completely solved within 35 minutes. I can’t recommend this AutoZone location, highly enough. A bright spot in the world of disappointing businesses.

Jordan, Frank, and Lewis were absolute all stars!!! Yes, they helped with my battery installation but it was so much more than that. Their kindness, willingness to explain things to me, patience, and overall professionalism was above and beyond! I will always come here whenever I need something! Thank you so so so much!!!!
