  Today’s Service visit was a wonderful experience, top notch care and consideration, the crew was led by James CSA, including Isaac Top Side & Ali Botton. I am thoroughly satisfied above and beyond. I love this place. I love these guys. I’ll be back again. I highly recommend recommend this Valvoline Temecula Parkway station to anyone needing oil change radiator service transmission service A+.   Kaitlyn was excellent! She was professional, friendly, and made the whole oil change process quick and hassle-free. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Great customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Kaitlyn if you want an easy and positive experience!

  Valvoline Temecula’s team is always great with welcoming you, checking your vehicle’s vitals, suggesting services and making conversation. Today I received my usual oil change and tire rotation and added in a radiator flush service as it was much needed. The team here had a system going which helped with the wait. By the time it was my turn, the vitals had been checked and fluids were topped off. All I had left were the major services. Thank you Valvoline Temecula team for your services today and every visit!

  Found a $20 off coupon for new customers and total price came out to about the same as my last pill change using a groupon st syn fast. So cost was less than anticipated. Service was done in Under 15 min and a manager has the final checking approval, which is great for peace of mind. Great service. No complaints.

  Amazing first experience getting our oil quickly changed. River personally changed and updated our oil meter on our car. I loved seeing Kaitlyn- a woman helping us with the logistics of getting through our oil service details. She was very knowledgeable and it was so refreshing to see her in a male dominated field- being the queen she is . Paul was also amazing in supporting the team with showing us our oil levels and guiding us in the process during our oil change. We didn’t get to personally see Donald as he was underneath our car but we’re so grateful that he was excellent in his service. Thank you.
