If you need services rendered ask Malik at the Temecula location. Justin if you see this ! You’re the man I’ll have to catch you at my next oil change in Murrieta !!

  It was a super quick oil change, but I got there very close to opening which helped because I was the only one there when I pulled into the bay. They do offer you a few different services to try and sell you, but it’s not anything they pressure you into too heavily.

  Just finished my annual visit to My local Valvoline on Temecula Parkway, In Temecula and I was very honored to be serviced by Ethan, the Assistant manager. He not only came back to me in line to appraise me of the wait time, He could not have been more Knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. The service was performed flawlessly as usual. Thank you very much!

  Quick service and friendly techs. I got an oil change and a tire rotation. They have other techs check each other’s work, which I appreciate. They made sure the oil level was filled correctly and made sure the tires were torqued to the correct spec. Out of all the Valvonie locations this one is the best one I have been to. I would come back here again! Very professional and efficient. Shout out to Brandon and Clinton!!

  Landon was extremely rude and unprofessional breaking off multiple times to text on his phone and horse play with the other unprofessional toddlers that work there. "Manager Cory" was amongst the horse playing boys that elongated the wait time and did not even check our cars lights or even fill up our tires even though a specific tire pressure was requested. My intention was to get my radiator looked at but did not trust the unprofessional children working to touch my car anymore than they did. Worst valvoline around. I will gladly drive myself to the valvoline in murrieta because at least they are competent and able to do their job without fooling around like children on a playground.
