  I had originally brought in a vehicle I had for sale to be appraised. My 12 year old son and I were greeted by the staff with a genuine warmth and kindness. Wthin a minute or less I met the owner Graham, who had conducted the appraisal. He was very professional and respectful. I actually appreciated the fact he was quite thorough with checking the computer read out, test driving my vehicle and attention to detail during the walk around, which told me the vehicles they sold were held to a high standard. Within 20 - 30 minutes I was given an honest offer on my vehicle which I had accepted. After TNA purchased our vehicle, I had mentioned the other vehicle I owned was going to be my daily driver in place of what I sold them, but it needed a bit of maintenance before getting it back on the road. Graham completely made me feel like family, offering to get my other vehicle running up to snuff. Graham and his lead mechanic Danny definitely went out of their way to help me get back on the road with peace of mind (re threading a stripped brake caliper mount and locating and repairing a coolant leak on an 06' Porsche Cayenne is a bit teatious to say the least lol). They put our vehicle ahead of all other vehicles scheduled for maintenance and truly helped my son and I get back on the road in our Cayenne we had owned for years. In my past experience, Ive owned and sold numerous vehicles. When it comes to TNA, I would highly recommend them as a professional outfiit. Going above and beyond the standard of professionalism - They're just awesome human beings. Weather you're buying, selling or maintaining your vehicle, you have come to the right place!   Very dishonest And unethical dealership. Posted a vehicle on CARFAX contacted asked about vehicle told them that I’m driving from Agua Dulce to Temecula asked about the vehicle and the condition completely lied and did not disclose the fact that the dashboard had a huge crack from front to back the passenger side moldings were deformed from the sun, the passenger door handle, and the door panel would come off if you pulled on it . Buyer beware of their unethical business practices.
