  Total trash spot... equipment doesn't work.. blowers are off... no rags to wipe.. dryer blower doesn't dry.... all while a press to buy a membership.

  This place has gone downhill since it opened. There are plenty of other options. 2 out of 6 times the tire scrubber has been "broken". The ticket taking guy says it doesn't work but the guy inside the tunnel (who should know) says that it does. Did I actually get my top level Rocket wash today? Who knows. The tire scrubber is the easiest visible way to tell. Today the air guns don't work because the compressor is dead. Otherwise they supply cleaning sprays and towels, which is nice. They also supported a local school organization, which is where I bought my washes, but that also makes me concerned that I am actually getting the level of wash that I purchased.

  Awful place and customer service. I signed up for a membership that I learned I would barely use. I tried to cancel it days prior to the recurring fee date; I called about 4-5 x with no answer. I left 3 voicemails with my name, license plate number, and requesting a call back and no one got back to me. Of course I got charged- I was trying to avoid this. I've showed up in person asking for help and they've told me to just call it in. Finally after the recurring fee had already been charged someone conveniently answered the phone. I asked for a refund. They said they would submit it for review. I never heard anything back for over a month. I called again asking for a follow-up and got an email. The email said they were not going to refund me because they didn't have any trace of phone calls from me or voicemails. I told them to look again I have the call logs on my phone. Then they said they found 1 call. How convenient the only one call they can find is the call after the processing fee had occurred. I sent them a screenshot of my call logs showing how many times I called. They said there's no voicemails and no way to determine if I left a voicemail. They've insisted this whole time they won't give me a refund. I asked for a supervisor to speak to and they won't give me the information to contact a supervisor. I stated their faulty phone and voicemail service not working is not my problem. I have evidence of call logs going out to them in attempts to reach them. Still they won't refund me. DO NOT GO HERE! IT'S A SCAM!

  This carwash spa is the best in all of Temecula. The staff especially William took care of me and all of my carwash needs. Fully stocked rags and cleaners for your detailing needs. Many thanks again to the wonderful staff and their team. 👍

  Came by for the self-serve wash and had a great experience! The facilities were clean and worked perfectly, but the highlight was the customer service. William was incredibly kind and courteous. Will definitely be coming back
