According to our bank statements, the Temecula location has been charging us sometimes up to 6 charges a month when there were only supposed to be 2 cars on the membership. We looked back at literally 2 years worth of overcharging, but your customer support manager James did absolutely nothing to help. They are refusing to refund any of the charges. It is absolutely ridiculous and fraud. He refused to move it up the chain to anyone else. Your cards are not safe at this or any of their locations!

I have a membership here and I've dealt with William on several of my visits. He has the best customer service skills and personality I've ever seen. If you don't know him you should meet him, for yourself he's very helpful.

The best in Temecula. Towels, cleaning and protection products are included. The staff are respectful.

They kept charging my credit card for 4 months after I cancelled the service. I tried calling them, waited for 20minutes to finally talk to someone. He said he is looking into the call log and put me on hold. After holding for another 6 minutes, I was forwarded to a voicemail. I tried calling back again, this time another gentleman picked up. I told him about the earlier situation, he then told me he will connect me with the earlier peraon that helped me, the. put me on hold again for another 8 minutes.. I think they just want me to give me calling by putting me on a forever hold. Do not go to this car wash at all. Very bad service.

Alex was great. EDIT: Will that works there with the piercings is extremely unprofessional. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and this guy should get some more training before he’s allowed to sell memberships to people. Everyone at this location besides him are great. My original rating was 5 stars but due to my last experience I’ll be dropping it to 2 stars.
