  1/5 Stars - Nightmare experience. Zero communication and damaged my car. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. We dropped our car off on Saturday morning. Zero communication all day. Right before closing, they called to say it wasn't done and they needed to keep it overnight. We didn't feel comfortable leaving it, so we said we'd pick it up and return the next morning. They agreed but then refused to release it until we paid in full. Reluctantly, we paid just to get our car back. When we got inside, the interior was completely taken apart and covered in greasy fingerprints on the fabric. It was an absolute mess. The next morning, we brought it back and asked for an estimated time. The manager completely brushed us off to help someone else. When he finally answered, he promised it would be done by 12:00 PM. By 12:30 PM, we had heard nothing, so we drove by. The car was just sitting in the lot, not finished. When we went inside, they tried to tell us they needed it for another day. We refused and took the car. To make matters worse, we discovered a fresh door ding that was not there before. The manager refused a full refund and only gave us half back. Terrible customer service and complete lack of respect for people's property.

  I had my broken into this past weekend and gave them a call and they were able to replace my window same day and at a really great price. Would definitely recommend for your window replacement needs

  I would have given them 5 stars but they didn't tell me how long it would take. It seems like they had more business then the employees staffed. Had I been told I would have understood but it was a bit frustrating to watch their system of cars after mine being done first.
