  Green leaf was awesome car worked great I picked up a nail on the way to turn it in, I stoped at the tire shop to get it fixed , however waiting 3 hours was not an option so I continued my journey turning it In and customer service let me say was 5 star. The folks at the lake Elsinore CDJR store were very accommodating I let them know I tried but failed they said no worries we have a great tire shop and they hook us up. Being in the retail service industry treating people how you want to be treated goes a long way and instead of ripping my head off on price they said hey it’s no big deal we will get you our pricing. Greenleaf thank you for providing a great service

  I was very impressed with Greenleaf! I wasn't expecting to have to leave my van at the Dodge dealership, but they were willing to pay for a rental car for me which I appreciated. So, Danny picked me up from the dealership and he was very nice and helpful, even when I seemed to be confused and disoriented I felt I was in good hands. Then, he made the experience at Greenleaf with the paperwork very simple and easy! Once I returned the car, Nestor was there to help me and the process was just as quick and painless! The next day after I realized I had left my garage door remote in the center console of the car, Makala was able to retrieve the remote from the car for me and keep it safe until I was able to pick it up later in the day. I have never had an easier experience renting a car! And since I didn't have to pay for it myself it made it all the more pleasant. The $100 hold is less than what other places would charge. The charge came off my bank account rather quickly after I returned the vehicle. A+++++

  I had a free rental, compliments of car dealership warranty repair. Not a lot of money has been put into interior decorations. They could pull out overnight & not lose any investment in upgrades. The bathroom was not maintained. It is a budget rental place do you get what you pay for. Cars have paint chips on hood you will miss if not careful during inspection. Probably good to do a slow video walk around not just visual. They forgot to tell us you had to push the key in then turn to remove. Key was locked into ignition and when I got home was panicking that I could not remove it. They only gave us 1 key. The cars were relatively clean on the inside.

  I recently rented a car from Makala at Greenleaf. The entire rental experience was fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The car was clean and most importantly didn’t reek of cigarettes.

  Please don’t send me any emails. I use one of your Rent-A-Car that was given to me by the car dealer that people were really nice and polite. I’m sure the car wasn’t expensive to rent the dealer paid for it. It was a cheap car but everything worked it was clean, but it did smell like someone might have smoked in. It wasn’t really concerned with that as long as I didn’t get hassle for it it wasn’t really strong, but they should do a little better job deodorizing in the car but what I do hate is getting constant emails from these guys. I will never rent a car from them. I don’t rent cars. The only reason I got it is because the dealer put me in it to work on my car. Thank you.
