  Jessica was incredibly kind and professional! She worked with me from start to finish, and was so accommodating! There was one hiccup (completely outside her control), which she worked swiftly to resolve and already had a solution for when I had arrived. I requested a specific type of vehicle and she completely nailed it. I am so happy with the rental and Jessica’s professional service every step of the way! Seriously so, so grateful for all of her help!

  Easy in and easy out. I was impressed and pleased by it all. Will use Enterprise again if needed. Got set up in a fairly nice vehicle too!!

  Was given a rental with a low tire pressure notice. Later in the day it went flat and wouldn’t hold air, then was charged a fee to get it replaced. Not happy. Poor customer service on the facilities end AND customer service. ZERO assistance or help.
