  I reserved a truck several days in advance. On the day of pickup, Enterprise even called me to confirm the reservation. I showed up at the exact scheduled time, only to be told there was no truck available. At that point I had already paid for two Uber rides and wasted a significant amount of time getting there. Jessica told me they would reimburse my Uber, but beyond that, there was no actual solution. She didn’t know when a truck would become available and couldn’t give me anything I could rely on. She mentioned that maybe I could pick it up later, maybe come back the next day, or try renting from a location in San Diego. Since I had plans that depended on having the truck, I couldn’t sit around hoping one might eventually become available. I rearranged my entire day and started driving to San Diego. While I was already on my way there, they called to tell me that suddenly the truck was ready. I explained that it was too late. I had already changed my plans based on the fact that they could not provide the vehicle I had reserved and confirmed. Then, despite Jessica specifically promising reimbursement for my Uber, I was told she “couldn’t help me” with it. What is the point of making a reservation, receiving a confirmation call on the day of pickup, and arriving exactly on time if Enterprise doesn’t actually have the vehicle? No truck when promised, no reliable solution, two unnecessary Uber rides, wasted time, completely disrupted plans, and then they wouldn’t even honor the reimbursement they promised.

  Big shout out to Jess, Jason , Luke and KayC (I doubt I spelled that right 😂)!! They always take good care of me. They always do their best to get me situated and they always fulfill their customer service with patience! If I ever need to rent a car I’ll come here no question. Much blessings 🙏🏾❤️

  I am a teacher for TVUSD, and my business office rented a car a month before I needed it for a club event. I should have gone in to double check the day before because when I got there at 8am when they open, they could not find my reservation. They found the communication with my business department, but said the reservation “had been lost.” Fortunately, they had an 8-passenger van which is what we needed and it was actually a really nice car: that and the fact that they were very polite throughout the process is why I gave them 2 stars. But it took them 10 minutes to input the reservation and 20 more minutes to get the car ready, and then I was 15 minutes late to pick up students who were waiting in front of the school. I will be encouraging our district to use some other company as this one does not seem organized and did not have a sense of urgency to correct a problem that they created with their own disorganization.

  Enterprise has completely given up on customer satisfaction and changed to a minimum staffing model with everyday wait times that would embarrass the DMV. Today 17 customers in line, that's their count, and only 3 employees. They take reservations but don't keep them. My last six Enterprise car rentals have had to be exchanged 7 times, due to everything from Marijuana residue to severe alignment issues making the vehicle impossible to keep in a lane. If I could give them zero stars, that would be too many.
