    I made a reservation for a Ford transit van and had to call several times to reschedule because our escrow was delayed. I spoke with Jason quite a few times and he was very helpful and polite. We just picked up this morning and service was excellent. We dealt with Jason again he made everything very easy and stress-free highly recommend!!

    Was given a rental with a low tire pressure notice. Later in the day it went flat and wouldn’t hold air, then was charged a fee to get it replaced. Not happy. Poor customer service on the facilities end AND customer service. ZERO assistance or help.

    Upon calling to ask about a specific rental need, I was immediately transferred to customer service. No follow up questions, no verification of what I needed, just a swift transfer. I specifically needed a vehicle for off road use and asked if they have such a selection of vehicles so that the insurance rental policy would not be violated. Customer service that I was transferred to provided an answer of “an additional $5 per day” would be charged for insurance for “this type of service” after placing me on hold several times over the course of 15-20 min. Overall disappointed in the service.
