  I want to pick up the rental car on time and I have a reservation I wait almost 25 minutes when I got to the counter was a blonde lady working there I told her I have a reservation for pick up she looked at me in a weird way and she told me I have 80 people coming they have a reservation I told her OK what I have to do with that I have a reservation and I need to pick up the rental car she said no I can’t give you a car because they reserve the cars before you and she told me I have your number if I have extra car left I will call you within two hours and that day, I have very important appointment I need a car to get to my appointment on time and I couldn’t make it to my appointment I waited two hours three hours whole day no one call I will never rent from this place anymore I don’t recommend this place at all

  Made a reservation online. Checked in here at the location. I’m currently in the lobby with a group of others and have been here 42 minutes waiting to be given my vehicle. Everything is paid for and taken care of on my end. Seems that handing me the keys is quite the process. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a rental vehicle. Still waiting… Edit: I entered the building around 12:30 with online check in to “make things faster”. I was in the rental at 1:40. It wouldn’t be upsetting had I been prepared to sit and wait this long. I wasn’t and now my schedule was over an hour behind and I had to reschedule all my plans for the next day. I’ll have to extend the rental out another day in order to complete everything I need the rental for. I don’t know what drop off is like but I think I’ll just use the drop box.

  If honoring reservations and customer service matter to you, avoid this location. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the 2 other locations that are within a 5 mile radius from this one. In the last 6 weeks I’ve rented from all 3 of the Temecula/Murrieta locations. This one is by far the WORST. Failed to honor my reservation for a Premium SUV I reserved almost 3 weeks in advance, spoke to Jeff over the phone and settled on a minivan. Let him know I would arrive later than expected. However they also gave away the minivan promised. The manager Jess was indifferent, dismissive and sarcastically recommended I visit an airport location 50+ miles away. She casually mentioned she's had the same conversation with 12 other customers that day as if I should feel better that they'd done the same to a dozen customers before me. Visit Jose at the Madison Ave location, he was amazing and saved our family road trip.

  First of all LUKE WAS GREAT. He had incoming calls and 20+ people in the line and maintained composure. This one star review is for the owners or manager of the store. You need to hire additional staff so your customer don’t have to wait an hour to get a rental. Also it’s not fair to your employees. Do better

  Worst rental agency I have ever encountered!!!! Poor customer service also low options for choices of a car.
