I do wish they opened earlier or stayed open later but I don't really care. This car wash gets your car clean, excellent customer service and the BEST vacuums which is a huge thing in my business.

I wanted to pay $10 for a quick wash and I was talked into a membership and the young gentleman told me that I could add my car and for free and I thought OK Iāll do that. Iāll do a membership for 1699. It was a special and I came in today to find out that itās gonna cost me to add my car 15 something add my car that I wanted to have on the membership. I wouldāve just paid $10. Iāve been happy. I asked to talk to the supervisor who was not available? I called the establishment to get a recording. I called the main office to get only Spanish speaking message. No English. The young gentleman asked me if I wanted my money back and I said yes I want my money back so he canceled my membership and gave me my money back and offered me a free car wash. I was thinking oh thatās thatās very nice. You know thatās thatās OK. I go in to get my car wash. I didnāt get any kind of bug spray or spray of the windshield and when I ran my car through the car wash, it was all water no set so they scammed me and Iām just letting you know Iāll never come back and I donāt suggest anybody else go back

What should I expect when I arrive?
Upon arrival, our friendly staff will greet you and guide you through our straightforward process. You'll simply need to put your vehicle in neutral when instructed, keep your foot off the brake, and let go of the steering wheel. We'll handle everything else. Our gentle touch washers and mild cleaning solutions will clean your vehicle's exterior, including wheels and whitewalls. The process concludes with a high-powered air-drying system and buff-n-dry process for certain packages. The entire wash takes three minutes or less.
Should I remain in my vehicle?
Yes, for safety reasons, we require a driver to remain at the wheel throughout the wash. Our staff will be present during the entire process to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
Do you hand-dry my vehicle?
We don't hand-dry vehicles. Instead, we use powerful air dryers and a buff-n-dry process (included in certain packages) at the end of our wash cycle. This effectively dries your vehicle without direct contact. If you'd like to give your car a final touch-up, you're welcome to use our vacuum area after your wash.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for your convenience.
Do you offer unlimited memberships?
We do offer unlimited membership plans. With this option, you can wash your vehicle as often as once per day. We'll provide an RFID sticker for your vehicle, allowing you to bypass the regular queue and receive washes according to your plan.
How do I cancel my unlimited membership?
To cancel your unlimited membership, please contact us by phone at (951) 303-2339 or email at ecoexpress.tem@gmail.com at least 7 days before your renewal date. When canceling, please provide your full name, license plate number, the last 4 digits of your credit card on file, and your reason for cancellation.
Do you clean the inside of the car?
Our service focuses on exterior cleaning only. However, we provide free, self-service high-powered vacuums at all locations for interior cleaning. We also offer compressed air and mat holders for your use, as well as high-quality auto accessories for purchase.
What kind of cleaning products do you use?
We use specially formulated, biodegradable cleaning products that are both effective and environmentally friendly. These products are manufactured to our exact specifications, ensuring they're safe for your vehicle and the environment. We finish the wash with a rinse of reverse osmosis water for a spot-free finish.
Will my vehicle fit?
Most vehicles will fit in our wash tunnel. However, certain types of vehicles may not be suitable due to size or modifications. We recommend visiting us if you're unsure, and we'll be happy to check your vehicle. Some examples of vehicles that may not fit include those sitting very low to the ground, extra-wide or tall vehicles, and trucks with certain modifications.
