We had received a new trailer that had a damaged refrigerator and camping world replaced that for us. Customer service was awesome. We really appreciate them and will certainly refer people to them. I was on the phone for 45 minutes putting insurance on this trailer. Did I get walked to the back and asked to put $2000 down on a trailer. Only, They didn’t have bank approval and never even asked for income documentation for me or the other co-signer. Waste of time, waste of money and would never return.

CynthiaMar 2, 20261.0No, no no bad business This company lies about their RVs trailers events, They do false advertisement on television and radio, Jasmine was on the phone with me and was being very short and very rude, Because of Jasmine I will not be going to the Ultimate RV show at Pechanga, I had been looking forward to it and invited a group of friends to go but because of the issues and problems that this company has hiring the wrong people not training the employees, lying to the public about the event false advertisement on television about the RV events... Bad business practices can really affect sales for companies and this company needs a "revamp" I will look elsewhere for a RV
