Brought my car in and the first thought was the alternator so the test was performed. It looked fine so other work was recommended and after $750 I went on my way. Not even 24 hours later my car left me stranded again. After towing it and paying an extra $200 it was decided that the alternator was the problem. And an extra $750. I understand that things like this can happen but it is so important to be able trust your mechanic. Will never go back. Edit. I'm changing my review after receiving a call from Mike. He explained the situation further and apologized for the outcome of the situation, which I find to be great customer service,. Also offered a free service as a way to make things better. I do appreciate it that and it makes me feel better about doing business with them in the future.
