    I had an excellent experience at the Tarzana location. Gio went through options for tires with me and helped me pick a cost effective but safe tire which gave me added warranty and lower cost than my original choice. The process was super smooth and he also did a free inspection of my vehicle. I appreciated his customer service and his promptness. I had all 4 tires on my car replaced. They also did the alignment and balancing. Highly recommend them. My car was ready on time and I even received a phone call to let me know it was ready for me.

    My wife called me in the morning freaking out that on her way to work the car made a popping sound and smoke was coming out. so I asked a buddy of mine if he had a mechanic shot he recommends and he told me to go to mountain view. got the car towed there. the store manager Gio attended my wife and showed her that her radiator had exploded! should have gone with the Toyota but thankfully he was able to give us a good price and got us out the same day!!👏👏 definitely coming back to other services
