  Gio and the crew were thorough and went over everything with me. Checked all my fluids rotated my tires and gave me A plus service.

  BEWARE!!!! SCAM! DO NOT go here and DO NOT expect Cameron to help you. We came here out of desperation, and were told we had to pay a $125 diagnostic fee that would not go toward the cost of the service. After we got quoted $1080, + the $125 diagnostic fee, for the ignition switch and ignition switch actuator pin, we decided to call another business (Sys Auto!) for that exact work, we were quoted $680. Come to find out, the ignition switch actuator pin is NOT broken. So we then paid $200 to have the car towed there, STILL LESS than this place. The icing on the cake is that we were all standing in 100 degrees in Tarzana, and Cameron decided to bring water to himself and the tow truck driver, but didn't offer the paying customers anything! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR WALLET AND DON'T GO HERE!!!! We will certainly be reporting this to the BBB.

  I am very happy with the service that I got from this shop and especially from Cameron. He was very knowledgeable and he was there to help me all the way with everything I needed to know and anything that I needed to have my car running like a pro I am very happy with the service from this place. I totally recommended five stars and beyond. . Cameron is the best as well as the whole crew

  Excellent service! I needed help on a Sunday, and they were available, responsive, and took care of everything quickly. The service was professional, efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. It’s not easy to find a reliable auto shop that is willing to help on a Sunday, and I really appreciated them being there when I needed them. Highly recommended!

  Absolutely amazing experience at Hank’s Tires! Everyone was so kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment I got there. I had my two-year-old son with me, and they made the whole experience quick and stress-free. I originally thought I had a faulty tire and was expecting it to need to be replaced, but they took the time to actually inspect it and found that it was just a very small nail. They fixed it super quickly and had me back on the road in no time! You can tell everyone here is knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. It’s so refreshing to find a place that genuinely takes care of their customers instead of trying to sell you something you don’t need. I really appreciate how well they treated both me and my son. Highly recommend Hank’s Tires — I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
