    I do not recommend this Ford dealership. The staff acted like selling me a car was a favor to me instead of a normal business transaction. When I asked for an OTD price, they were more focused on interrogating me about other dealers’ quotes than actually trying to make a deal. The manager was openly hostile and repeatedly asked, “What are you trying to accomplish here?” as if the answer wasn’t obvious — I was trying to buy a car. Comparing options is what any smart buyer does, yet they treated it like an inconvenience. When I arrived at the dealership, Sagar had the same attitude. He told me he could “get me to the price I wanted,” but the trim I wanted wasn’t even on the lot. He insisted I sign paperwork before seeing the car and said he could bring it in “within three hours.” That made no sense — no one should finalize a purchase without seeing the vehicle first. When I said I wanted to look around, he again asked, “What was the point of you coming here?” The energy was off‑putting, the attitude was unnecessary, and the whole experience felt hostile instead of helpful. The contrast was night and day when I drove 8 minutes to Frontier Ford. From the moment I stepped onto their lot, the staff were friendly, calm, and straightforward. I bought my car in under 20 minutes because they actually negotiated with me, respected my time, and made the process easy. That’s how buying a car should feel — professional, simple, and without attitude. Why would anyone want to do business with a dealership where the energy is negative from the start? Frontier showed me what a real customer‑focused experience looks like.

    My car did not start so I towed it to this service cenrer. They quoted me $310 to complete the diagnostics on my car. After a few days they called me and said they need to charge me more to finish the diagnostics. The $310 was supposed to be a flat fee which I confirmed with multiple employees. But later they are saying they need more time to diagnose the issue. If you offer a service at a set price, it should not matter to the customer how long it takes you. You have to finish the service at the agreed price. Then they kept my car hostage and said if I do not pay, they will not release the car.

    Frustrating Experience – Incompetent Staff & Incomplete Service I visited Sunnyvale Ford for my 30k service covered under my Ford Premium Maintenance Plan (PMP). The experience was highly disappointing due to poor staff knowledge and incomplete work. Plan Coverage Denial: The service advisor and his colleague falsely claimed my engine air filter replacement wasn't covered. I called the Ford PMP helpline and another dealership; both confirmed it was covered. However, because the service manager was on vacation, no one on-site could resolve the issue. Skipped Service: After picking up my car, I discovered the tire rotation was never done. The excuse provided was that the "new technician" didn't know it was part of the service. It is unacceptable that a Ford dealership doesn't know Ford's own plans or check their technicians' work.

    They just wanted to charge diagnostic even my car had a recall, they didn't fix it claiming its not related to the recall The advisor name Mustafa called million times, each time mentioned the diagnostic fee. I had to call ford manufacture to wave the diagnostic fee then I took my car to other ford dealer and got fixed there at no charge because it's covered under warranty. Service manager didn't do anything other than supporting the employee, who was wrong and didn't know what is a recall means. They won't do work the right way if your car has warranty or recall, they will tell you it's not covered to charge you money.

    What a bad service experience. We dropped my 2023 F150 off for an alignment and recalls on Monday for an appointment. Next day we got it back. Then we get notified that recall parts came in. We brought it back Thursday. Then Monday we get a call. I have to bring it in for pictures or get charged. My EV truck went from 60% to 10% charge. Not any time during the week they were using my truck did they take the time to charge it! 3rd F150 I bought from Sunnyvale Ford. Don't go here anymore. The dealership quality has dropped down very badly. Ford should take away their EV service qualifications.
