  I recently bought a Maverick from Sunnyvale Ford. I had looked at the front of the truck because I wanted to put lens coverings on the headlights, upon inspecting the paint I saw what would be touch up paint at the corner of the front fender. Tried to call the sales manager to get the issue fixed, I was totally ignored. From the start, the sales person and manager knew the damage was there but instead of fixing the problem, they decided to try and hide it and let someone else who bought the truck to deal with it once it was out of the door.

  The service department began operations promptly and on time. My Ford service advisor, Mr. Kristofer Gomez, was very polite, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my visit. What stood out most was that he greeted me by my first name, which made me feel welcomed and like part of the Ford family. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to customer service made my experience exceptional. I believe Mr. Kristofer Gomez deserves acknowledgment and recognition for his outstanding customer service. His positive attitude and dedication to making customers feel valued reflect great credit on him and the Ford service department.

  We had an amazing customer service experience at Sunnyvale Ford, and a huge part of that was our sales representative, Sagar. Sagar was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great car-buying experience. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable without ever making us feel pressured. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing excellent customer service. Sagar went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate everything he did to help us. Great job, Sagar! You represented Sunnyvale Ford exceptionally well. We highly recommend Sagar and the team at Sunnyvale Ford!

  My husband spoke with Sagar about a vehicle and he sounded very knowledgeable about the Mercedes SUV. When we got to the dealership, he welcomed us at the entrance with a polite smile, remained very professional, attentive to us. He knew the SUV so well and answered all our questions about the vehicle promptly and professionally. He was amazing and we recommend him!

  You guys had my truck for 34 days and I’m very disappointed with the service. Literally NO ONE communicates or even responds. Your service manager was left 4 voicemails and not a single call returned. Called 7 times and no answer. Kris, the advisor who doesn’t advise? Whenever he does respond it’s through one word text and after you text him 4 times. I was struggling with my warranty and desperately trying to get by with rentals, Ubers, and Turo. This dealership will NOT help in any way especially with rentals, besides the one uber home after vehicle drop off. Amazing. Should be 1 star honestly after I was told 10-12days and I was stranded for 34 days.
