- JJJesseJun 8, 20261.0The single worse experience I've had with any corporation. Was given these guys through an insurance, I make a reservation after days after trying to reserve it. I finally am able to, told they have car. I go to pick it up and they don't have been they tell me go cities over to get from another location. But I have to take their care to drive over. I call them to make sure after the complete unprofessionalism I experience. The other location transfer to their offices to get it settled and THEN am told this isn't possible and that the stores were wrong and just giving me false information to avoid breaking bad news. The most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen, I wish I could give 0 stars.
