  I really like Jiffy Lube—it's usually quick, easy, and their prices are still very reasonable compared to today's inflation. I rarely have a single issue with the quality of their work. However, the way they manage the lines can be incredibly frustrating. If both service bays are busy, you obviously have to wait your turn in line. The problem is that they now do a lot more than just quick oil changes. If you are unlucky enough to get stuck behind a car that is getting a major, time-consuming service, you are trapped. You have to sit there and watch the entire other line move multiple cars through while you wait for that one complicated job to finish. They really need a better system for sorting quick oil changes from heavy maintenance so customers don't get stuck in a dead lane. I love the shop, but this specific issue bothers me a lot.

  Great customer service, they are fast, professional, and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years and they always take good care of me and my car. The staff is helpful, efficient, and makes the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been a customer of Jiffy Lube for quite some time and have brought multiple company vehicles to your location at 10867 Penrose St., Sun Valley, CA 91352. Recently, my 2016 Toyota RAV4 was serviced there, and the oil filter was installed so tightly that it was nearly impossible to remove when I later attempted to do the oil change myself. I returned to the location to explain the issue, but both the staff and manager were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility for the problem. As a result, I had to cut the filter off myself and purchase a replacement. I’m very disappointed not only with the original mistake, but also with how the situation was handled afterward. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability from your company.

  Went in because my tire pressure was low. Lucky Andrew was able to check my tires and air them up. He checked no nail or any visual punctures. He advised me to drive it and see if the air goes low to check with the nearest tire shop. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Andrew!

  They were fast nice and did a really good job Jacob was really helpful explaining everything and Andrew did a very detailed job with the tire rotation went above and beyond on checking the tires for nails and my breaks giving me a feeling like I’m in good hand and I’m being taken care of. Thank you for all your help
