  I rented cars dozens of times from the bigger rental companies. My coworker said hey you should try Sixt. I decide to give them a try. I did provide a five star review previously, until I got a follow-up email from Sixt a couple days after I returned the car. They claimed that they found a scratch on the roof of my Rav4 rental. This is total BS and now they are trying to charge me almost $500 for a "scratch repair". I literally drove the car from studio City to Las Vegas and parked the car for my entire stay. I parked it at a secure covered garage the entire time. I drove the car back home and returned the vehicle back to Sixt. There is no way a scratch could appear on the roof considering we did not load any type of luggage onto the roof. This place is a total scam and was too good to be true. Who knows how many other people they have scammed. I was going to do another rental in 2 weeks and now they will no longer receive any further business from me or anyone I know, because I will be telling everybody about the shady company. My advice to not rent from this place. Stick with the big rental companies they don't try to pull this BS.

  Didn’t have the fuel efficient car available that we’d reserved.. told us they didn’t know when they would have a car available at all and that we could take a minivan and that’s it. Turns out that they had several other vehicles available, after speaking with a manager. Staff at this location was lacking knowledge and any professionalism or level of customer service. We did eventually get resolution after going to the SIXT at LAX where we had a completely different experience and received a partial refund. Would avoid this location if possible.

  The people here are civil but were completely unable to help me with a glitched booking. I made a booking online: I was charged, I ubered over only to find I had no reservation. The in store agents couldn’t offer me anything reasonably near what I was promised and I was left stranded with my stuff and no car. I spent 1 hr on the phone with customer service and not once did the resident agents help or advocate. I was told my charge would be “auto” reversed by the agent but something completely different by the customer service line (I had to send emails and now am waiting for my refund with no timeline on when they will get back to me). Now I am out of money without a vehicle, having paid for ubers to get to and from with my luggage and late for my work. Sixt offered no compensation and the live agents, no apology or aide. This is unacceptable. Parceling off problems to customer service and not offering aide or voucher or a cover car at the same rate of booking is unacceptable. These people ruined my trip and all they could say was “the service email will get back to you.” Unacceptable. You charge me, you fix it. UPDATE: they gave me WRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL and I was charged and still no refund!!! Incredible!!!
