  I had a bad experience at the Burbank Ca Enterprise location where I returned a car that I rented at the Studio City location for wasting too much gas and not liking the car at all. Unfortunately, they did not have another car at the Studio City at the time. The manager at the Burbank location gave me a dirty car rental car because he was upset that I was returning this car back to them. At first I thought the car had too many scratches for being a 2024 Toyota Corolla. But a few days later I cleaned the car and saw that most of the stuff I thought was scratches was dirt. They did not wash the car at the rental car. Nobody should be treated this way. I rented a car because someone rearend me. After having this car for three weeks I returned the car at Studio City Enterprise and told them about my experience with the Burbank location. The manager apologized and gave me a free one day rental and full tank of gas for my inconvenience. I was happy that someone cares.

  I have been here several times this past month to rent a car for work and McKenzie has been the best. She is so sweet and always has a good attitude. Twice in the times I was waiting for my turn she has been treated poorly by rude customers and she handled herself well with kindness and professionalism despite being the only person working the store and a line of people waiting. Besides her wonderful demeanor she has helped me with my rental issues for work and created a smooth and effortless experience. She is a hard worker an asset to this location. I also had the pleasure of Emma driving and she is just as sweet. This enterprise has a great team.

  It was necessary to have my car towed. I went to my local Enterprise with specific needs. They had the perfect car in a price range I could afford. The staff was thorough, efficient and so helpful. Throughout the process of getting my fixed, I needed to update and extend my rental. They worked with me to make it a smooth and affordable experience. I've rented through Enterprise when I travel and had similar experiences. This one was A-1!!!

  Fantastic people, fantastic customer service! Thank you, McKenzie and Emma for a great experience at your branch! Emma recommended me looking into Enterprise Car Sales and my renting-a-car experience turned into me buying a car I love. She goes above and beyond, truly cares for everyone walking through the doors, has amazing energy, listens(!) and explains everything well. McKenzie, I have always had a feeling that I am in great hands working with you from the first time I walked in. Thank you for that, for seeing things through, for the sense of urgency and wonderful problem-solving skills! Highly recommend!
