- JEJewelena EcheagarayMay 22, 20265.0My Honda broke down off of I5 passing through Stockton and we got it towed to this Honda service center not even sure if they would be able to look at it. I was immediately greeted by Richard in the service department and he has done an excellent job taking care of us and our Hr-V. They were able to diagnose a problem with the transmission the same day and willing to give us a rental car to continue our trip. Richard updated me throughout the process and was able to get my car back up and running within a week! Highly recommend this service center, best I’ve seen so far 🙌

- MMMelApr 4, 20261.0I took my car in at 8am for oil change, they told me it was going to be a 90 min wait. I said okay… I waited almost 3 hrs for an oil change and they sold me on a tire rotation. That was the first red flag. Also customer service was awful. The service advisor printed out a receipt to take to the cashier. I went to pay and they were going to charge 80 for tire rotation. I was quoted 24.99. The cashier was also very rude. I asked if she could explain what was 80 for? And she said “idk mam,go talk to your service advisor” went back to the service advisor and he said “my mistake, I’ll fix it”. Sad to see this is customer service. I finally got my car and 20 mins later the tire pressure light goes off. I’m not sure I want to get another free oil change. I got a few from purchasing the car. I should have asked for something else. Terrrible service
