  a very concerning issue that occurred during my recent service visit at Honda Stockton in Stockton, California. I brought my vehicle to your dealership specifically to have the rear differential fluid changed. However, after the service was completed, I was given paperwork stating that my vehicle had been inspected and serviced, but I later discovered that the dealership had apparently performed the service and inspection under a different vehicle. This is extremely concerning and confusing. I trusted Honda Stockton to properly identify my vehicle, perform the requested maintenance, and provide accurate service records. Instead, I was given documentation showing that the work had been completed when the records appear to belong to another vehicle. This raises several important concerns: - How was the wrong vehicle identified and serviced? - Was my vehicle actually serviced, or was another vehicle serviced instead? - Why was I given paperwork stating that my vehicle had been inspected and serviced? - Could my vehicle's service history now contain inaccurate information? - What steps will Honda Stockton take to correct the records and ensure that my vehicle receives the service I originally requested? I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is not a minor paperwork issue. Accurate vehicle identification and service records are extremely important for the safety, maintenance of the car. I would never EVER go back again. You just dont know if theyre doing it right? 0.0000001/10

  I've always had the best experience with Stockton Honda!. They will make sure to help you in all possible ways to get you your car that you want. Gustavo helped me. He was very helpful and understanding in what I wanted. He explained all the perks on each trim on the Passport, Pilot, and HRV. I would recommend him if you are needing services!.
