  Thank you so much! I had a great experience here. Conscientious and professional staff - Amanda was incredibly helpful as well as the gentleman that checked me in. Fast for busy they were! I missed the entrance - but I blame that on myself and Apple Maps - I'll be back! Cheers!

  I came to the shop on Thursday, June 11 to be exact. I had a terrible experience, I do want to make it clear that I showed up 10 minutes before closing on accident. I simply wanted an oil change and did not happen to check the time that is on me however, I pulled up to the shop which was the nearest next to me. Upon arrival. I noticed an employee was walking out of the shop towards the parking lot I asked him if it was OK to get an oil change he said yes, I head to head up to the front and pulled in on his instructions. Once I arrived to the front a younger gentleman comes up to me, and after telling him that I want an oil change, he made it very clear that they were very close to closing. He was almost upset that I pulled up to their shop to give them my business and said“ a oil change take 15 to 20 minutes and we are close to closing” after checking the time I realize what time it was but in my head if you guys are not running oil changes until the time you close and you should adjust those times. Long story short I ended up going down the street to another shop xavoline express lube, they were extremely friendly. I actually ended up paying $30 more than I normally would at speedy, but I had no problem because they were there to assist me and also offered Water and we’re very knowledgeable. As someone who owns a business myself, I think how you approach customers is very important regardless of the time that “ we think we should start closing” we have time set for a reason.

  I have been going to this Speedee for about 20 years with multiple vehicles and I will continue to go back. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have always gave me recommendations and alternatives that are fair and have never priced gouged me. I am female and I am treated with respect and not talks down to in any way. If I don’t understand or need clarification, they give me the information in a way that any one can understand. I trust them and will be back.
