Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. The wash itself was great everything worked properly in the tunnel, and my car looked very nice afterward. The issue started when I got to the vacuum station. (The wash was more aggressive than expected, but I don’t mind. I like the feeling of a thorough clean, but it’s a bit concerning.) Anyways, I pulled up and noticed there was no air blower tool available, so I towel dried the entire car instead. For perspective of this situation I wanna say I’m assuming it may have only been this specific station (the 2nd lane as you exit the tunnel, in the last row of vacuums there are only two rows with about five vacuum lanes). While drying the car, vacuuming the interior, and wiping down the inside, I never noticed anything unusual. While sitting in my car afterward, I noticed an ant crawling down my seat belt. After taking care of it, I started paying closer attention and realized there were multiple ants I don’t know the exact number and don’t want to exaggerate, but probably around 15 were visible on my clothing alone. I immediately got out of the car and started shaking them off. I then noticed ants crawling throughout my interior. Since my interior is black, they were difficult to spot, but when I looked outside, my silver car had at least 30 ants crawling around the door jams. I have no idea how many were inside the vehicle. I’m still dealing with ants in my car a full day later, and it’s been extremely frustrating. I just wanted to share this experience so others can be cautious and aware when using this location.

Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
