    Me siento triste apesar de ser cliente de ahí nada más ayer pasé alabar mi carrito. Pero me siento muy mal casi traumada en la forma que me llegó hablar un empleado de ahí el día de hoy soy reclicladaro por falta de empleo me rebusco recogiendo latas y botellas junto ami hermana y mis niños. Llegó el muchacho se me acercó y me dijo oye porq estas robando yo le contesté no estoy robando estoy trabajando porque ases esto me dijo yo le dije es trabajo me dijo a quien le as pedido permiso yo le dije que ase tiempo preguntamos si podíamos reciclar y nos dijieron que si . Pues el salió bien molesto me dijo deja de aser esto no estés robando me meterás en problemas le dije que le hablara al dueño donde está me dijo yo no sé pues la verdad no es gusto creo que aquí hay personas que nos an visto recogiendo las botellas no le asemos daño anadien solo nos rebuscando honestamente para fue injusto y lo peor en la manera que me lo dijo el muchacho me siento mal solo le hago un llamado al dueño que nos deje seguir reciclando no le asemos daño anadien si asemos eso es por falta de empleo y la necesidad que tenemos para poder reunir lo de la renta de cada mes.. porq favor déjenos seguir en recicle.. que palabra más fea me dijo porq estas robando no dios mío yo no aria eso jamás..

    I went in to get a car wash the other day and it was my first time getting a car wash. Luckily Christian was there to guide on the rails and tell me how to move my car onto the conveyor with patience. The whole car wash experience was certainly amazing! I thank Christians patience for not being scared of car washes anymore!

    I pulled up to the entrance hoping my license plate would go through so I could avoid having the same conversation for the third time. For context, I previously had a different vehicle on my husband’s membership account. After getting a new vehicle, he added it to the account. On my first visit with the new car, I was told the license plate information didn’t match correctly. After I explained that I was an added member on someone else’s account and provided the email associated with the membership, they found the account, noted the discrepancy, and let me through. On my second visit, I was again informed that the license plate information was incorrect. This time, I was told they couldn’t fix it at the location and that customer service would need to make the correction. Today, I attempted to resolve it myself, but I didn’t have all the information needed and my husband was at work. After speaking with him, he said he would contact customer service and get it taken care of. Since previous employees had been able to verify the account and let me through, I assumed explaining the situation would be sufficient until the update processed. When I arrived, I immediately explained everything. Whether I wasn’t heard, wasn’t understood, or they were simply verifying information, I’m not sure. What I do know is that after explaining the situation, the employee checked my license plate and returned to tell me that I didn’t have a membership. I explained again that the membership was not under my name and that I was an added member on my partner’s account. I completely understand the need to verify memberships and ensure everything is accurate. That’s part of the job, and I appreciate thoroughness. What I could have done without was the attitude. I’ve never witnessed anyone attempt to mastermind a free car wash, but based on the responses, tone, and skeptical “hmm”s I received, it certainly felt like I was being treated as though that was exactly what I was trying to do. Rather than become the “angry customer,” I decided to leave the carwash after that interaction as well as leave a review instead. This two-star review isn’t because policies were followed. It’s because customer service was lacking. A little professionalism and a little kindness go a long way, especially when a customer is calmly trying to explain a situation that your business has already acknowledged multiple times. As someone who also works in customer service, I know bad days happen. I genuinely hope this employee was simply having one and that this becomes a coaching opportunity rather than a recurring experience for future customers.

    "Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I am a registered member at this car wash. Recently, while vacuuming my car, an important item accidentally got sucked into the vacuum. I immediately informed the staff, explained the urgency, and left my phone number so they could contact me once they cleaned out the vacuum. It has been 2 to 4 days now, and I have been waiting, but unfortunately, nobody bothered to call me back or give an update. Zero accountability and poor communication for regular members. I expect better service and a resolution to this."

    My dad visited this car wash to try it out. During his visit, a staff member asked if he wanted to sign up for their basic membership, but he declined. When he attempted to pay for the car wash in cash, he was informed that cash was not accepted and that he would need to use a credit card instead. The following month, my dad noticed a $25 charge for a basic membership on his credit card statement, even though he had never agreed to enroll. He returned to the car wash in person to cancel the membership, and the staff member assisting him stated that it had been canceled. However, the next month he was charged again. I made an account on the company’s website to cancel it online and discovered that the membership was still listed as active. In the end, I was able to cancel it online myself, so we are now waiting to see whether any additional charges appear on his account. We are concerned about how this company handles customers’ payment information.
